Good communications, prompt delivery, product a bit flimsy but easy to assemble and suitable for the purpose I needed it for.

Ordered a paddleboard and unfortunately the wrong item was delivered. I contacted the company by email and received a response stating the correct item would be sent out the following day. This item arrived with no problem and Packed Direct arranged collection of the incorrect item.
I was so impressed with the customer service from 2 members of staff (I & V) that I ordered another paddleboard yesterday and received it today. Thank you both for your help.

This company is impossible to contact! I’ve tried numerous times by telephone with no one ever answering. I’ve also tried emailing via their contact form only to receive no response. Absolutely appalling. The free padlocks supplied with storage boxes don’t appear to work when following the pack instructions (3 people have tried with no luck), but can I get an answer to my request for better instructions? NO. What type of company is this when a customer cannot contact. Beware! Dreadful experience….

Ordered a bag for my sons birthday, delivery due 17 may, tracking said out for delivery with yodel all day 17 may until approx 9:30 pm when it changed to delivery 21 may.

Firstly, please don't use yodel. They ended up delivering a week late, with no notice, having failed to make one scheduled delivery.

Having put it together yesterday, I am sceptical of the weatherproofness as the lid doesn't seal with the body of the box. It just loosely rests on it with obvious areas where the lid is not even touching the box, causing a gap where water will ingress.

Production is ok, but was delivered to wrong property, only by chance driving around did I find the package. Not good enough when I gave delivery people what3words.

Missing Items- Out Dated Marketing Video 15/5/23 - Slow Refunding 100% of moneys back … Had issues 2 missing items, one of which is no longer included in the Kayak package other item re-sent was something totally different

There current Marketing Video Showing Package contents is 2yrs out of dated on product sold dispatched.

This is exactly what I wanted. I use it every day for around 40mins. I’ve had it for nearly a month.
The fold away was a plus but to be honest I haven’t folded it away once. Just because it’s convenient for me to use. My little one and my partner uses it too. The delivery of the treadmill was great as the delivery drivers brought it into the house as it’s heavy. They were polite too.
Can’t fault this company, great product and thankfully haven’t had to use the customer services.
