Hi Desiree, I believe all your items were packed into two boxes not three. Although you ordered 300 printed firewood bags, it does not necessarily mean you will receive them in three boxes. If our packing team can fit 300 bags into two boxes, then that's how they will be dispatched. Also, our WA team member has replied to your email dated 17/11 reiterating the same. It will be much appreciated if you could please amend your review as Pacific Packaging has in fact delivered all the items and we feel the 1 star does not honestly reflect the service provided to you. Thank you.
Packaging was poor as last time i…
Packaging was poor as last time i received in multiple boxes but this time packed on pallet and delivered front of the garage door and my wife got struck as couldn't move car out of the garage until i return home in the evening.
