Very disappointing - Quick response.

My order was a simple, single item order. When my package of 1 bag with frame arrived it only came with 6 parts. 4 x short 2 x long. I need another 2 x long sent asap. To put together the frame. Very disappointing.

Pacific packaging quickly responded to my complaint and next day I received the two legs that were missing. Very impressed and thank you for the quick resolve. Very much appreciated.

1 in every 20 bags damaged with holes

I have purchased twice now and each time, 1 out of every 20 bags is damaged and unuseable. I have photos to prove. Very frustrating. Speed of delivery and customer service is great.

The customer service was awful

The customer service was awful. They lost my package twice and proceeded to send rude emails accusing me of stealing the delivery! The first order never arrived they offered a refund and I purchased again with extra delivery to ensure next day. It never arrived. Then both deliveries arrived on the same day, even the one I had been refunded for and they accused me of stealing! Absolutely disgusting customer service including the way the emails were worded. Do not use this company

I will address you both as the said order was made under Joanne's name but the review was posted under Marie's.

I'm sorry you feel the customer service provided was "awful". Our team, whether it be in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney or Perth, have very high standards of customer service. Our team will always go above and beyond to help our customers whenever unexpected issues arise even when those issues are out of our control (i.e delayed or lost deliveries by carriers). Really, we are not obliged to provide these "extra services" to our customers once orders are shipped and in the hands of carriers, but we are more than happy to provide these services as we value every customer - yourself included.

What you fail to understand is all the work that entailed behind the scenes to ensure you received your bags in a timely manner. This was in part due to the desperation of your needing the bags due to the "forecasted flooding" that never eventuated. Yes, we understand you're acting on the news reports of expected flooding and we have acted accordingly in that regard. Our team, and people outside of our team, have done everything in their power to get you the bags so you could prepare as best as possible.

In saying that, I would like to clear up some false accusations on your part and set the record straight as we don't take to false claims regarding our team members or customer service lightly. Please see below.

1. Your claim we accused you of stealing: This is categorically false. An email was sent to you requesting payment for the 400 extra bags you eventually received. The email had an invoice attached for those 400 bags requesting you do the right thing and pay for them. At that point in time, you still had the bags in your possession with no insight from you as to whether you wished to keep them or wished Pacific Packaging to organise a return. When you eventually replied to our email, it was during the Christmas closure period (27/12) in which you accused us of accusing you of "stealing". Nowhere in our email do we "accuse" you of stealing. This is false and slanderous. The email was simply requesting payment for the extra 400 bags if you so chose to keep them. If you do not wish to keep the extra bags, our team is only too happy to organise a return. If you have in fact used those bags, then you will need to pay for them.

2. Regarding the "extra or express" delivery you claim to have paid: Just so there's clarity, all our shipping is express. Whether it's StarTrack or TNT or any other carrier, the shipping is express. All the different carriers have their set pricing. We do not set the shipping costs, we only pass on what the carriers charge. If you paid a little more for a different carrier, that does not mean you paid for guaranteed "next day delivery". Please don't conflate the two. What you paid for is that particular carrier's fees and their specified ETAs. If that carrier specifies an ETA for the next day or in 2 days, then we pass this information onto our customers. This gives our customers an indication as to when they can expect their delivery. Again, this does not guarantee you will receive your items on those days, rather it is an estimation as the name suggests. In case you weren't aware, ETA stands for ESTIMATED TIME of ARRIVAL.

3. Your email claims we're "blaming" you for receiving the lost packages: Another false accusation. We have never blamed you for anything. It's one thing to address certain matters in our email but to simply fabricate issues is dishonest and deceitful on your part. You're in fact doing everything you're accusing us of. This is called projection. Nowhere in our email did we blame you for anything that's transpired with your 3 orders.

I will finish with this, we wholeheartedly reject your review and email. Our team has done everything right to help you in these unfortunate circumstances.

I bought a bale of twine, 750 metres of GP-240. The twine arrived fast, two days to my door. And the twine is tough stuff. If I use up 750 meters around the house I will buy more.
