EXPIRENCED closers will not just help you close deal, but take time out of there day to teach you the conversation in a judgement free environment. I think one of the most understated things you receive is learn to do this business the right way. Not just taking, but learning to become a giver and leader. I joined the mentorship 2 weeks ago and I can honestly say that I got my value back already. I don’t even know where to begin. This community has been life changing…. This was absolutely THE best decision I’ve ever made to join this community. Pace is one of if not the best mentor in the real estate space. What makes him such a great mentor is his passion behind building the greatest community. What Pace has built and is fine tuning everyday is a community full of mini Paces. I have spent well over $150,000 in real estate education, coaching, etc. I have never been a part of something so big, so giving and supportive. It truly is a FAMILY!!! I just watched Pace Morby help one of the Subto students who was scammed by a supposed lender and lost all of her money. Pace gave her the money to get back in the game, even though he had nothing to do with the scammer or the transaction. You just don't find such a giving person and community like this anymore. Pace and Subto are a breath of fresh air. I'm a student and friend for life.
