Pabo has fell away since it went online and done away with the catalogs,you got alot more in the catalog than you do on there web.{eg no dvds and there is no mens fashion etc}.
Its more for the ladies now.
Bring back the catalogs and the extra stock.

I live in London. I bought some items couples of times from Pabo... but first time I have sent items back for refund as not really suit me... So surprised and disappointed as I'm waiting my refund 7 weeks and did not have it yet .. I send emails and got references 2278905 ... they said that I need to wait 6 weeks as their location is abroad... but 7 weeks gone and I'm still waiting my refund... So be careful when you order items from Pabo.. I hope my information has helped you

Woeful and dire company to order from
If I'd have looked at the reviews ahead of time, I certainly wouldn't have made the mistake of ordering from Pabo.
Ordered my items on 18th June and no real updates with dispatch, just given the usual spiel of goods "if they are on track" will be with you in a few days.
Lo and behold, I've still not receieved my items and I'm out of pocket around £70 and the customer service is dire.
I've been hung up on twice because the ladies couldn't understand my queries and I admit my frustration evetually boiled over.
Numerous calls and umpteen e-mails later and I am still without my items or even a sniff at a refund.
Suffice to say I'm very disappointed at the level of customer service or lack of in this case, I will not be back again and just gutted I can't leave 0 stars as the rating.

Placed an order recently for partners …
Placed an order recently for partners birthday in good time. Received confirmation quickly and they took the money from my account quick enough. Not dispatchd when they said it would be. Tried to contact the telephone number on the website but could not actually get through to anyone. tried to contact via online form which did not work, emailed the email address contained in the conformation of order, emails bounced back as their server 'did not exist'. Eventially managed to find an email address that worked from doing a google search. Had a very vauge reply simply saying 'Unfortunately we can not speed up the delivery.
For as far as I can see, you order will be dispatched today.
This means you should recieve the order on Thursday or Friday if the
shipment is going as planned'
My order still has not been dispatched and my further emails requesting this order be cancelled and I be issued a full refund as it has not yet been dispatched have not been responded to. Very frustrating. Once this is resolved I will not be ordering from this company again, very slow and poor communication. Lets hope the items should they ever be dispatched are of good quality at least. Having since read other reviews I am not holding high hopes.

Wrong address
I have sent over 20 emails to pabo as they sent my order to the wrong address so over the last week they haven't answered any emails I have sent the stuff was for my girlfriends birthday it is the worst company I have ever come up against regarding customer service all I want is my items or a refund

Dire
I ordered some clothes from Pabo, I received the parcel within a week, however upon opening, I found that they'd sent me someone else's order, name, address, email etc on the delivery note. Surely this breaks UK data protection laws, god knows who has all my details, so thanks Pabo.
Surely someone in there delivery department might check that the name and address on the delivery note matches the address on the parcel. Hmm not Pabo I guess.
So when you email Pabo to tell them they've made a huge mistake, you'd expect them to apologise and send the correct order immediately, no again, send the wrong order back to them, they'll have a look and they might sort things out in 5 weeks, heeeellllloooo Pabo, this is YOUR mistake.
So I've sent it back to them, filled out the return note ( addressed to someone else of course) now what do you think the chance of me receiving a refund and not the person who's order I received, yep no chance.
I'll keep you updated as to what happens but Pabo's customer service is shockingly bad.
Ok, to give credit where credit is due, after my initial response from Pabo so called customer service, I posted this review, only after did they sort out a refund which was given quickly without fuss. It's a shame you have to resort to review sites to get a level of service you'd expect in the first place.
I still have no idea who was sent my personal details along with my order, I'll just have to hope it's not someone involved with identity fraud.
Hopefully Pabo might implement further checks before sending out customer orders in future.

Refunds are terrible.
Bought items on two occassions, had to return some items due to sizing issues.
In both instances the parcels were labeled as "lost" by Pabo, only to surface as "received" after about 8 weeks of my constantly reminding them.
If you don't push them - they don't reply. I've managed to get a refund in a form of a voucher that did not work online as it was only valid for 14 days (I was not even remotely aware of that, nor did anyone mention it).
So far I am still awaiting around 20£ back from Pabo that I requested back in... October (at this time it's 10-January)

Shocking service
Returned items mid November, still no refund (£30). Called the start of December and the woman was so unhelpful. Told me I'd need to wait up to 6 weeks until items returned back holland. I will now be contacting my credit card to see if they can refund.
I originally filled out an online form which I was also told I did not do. Laughable.
Absolutely shocking way to treat customers. Do not buy anything from this company I have never experienced such poor customer service.
Update - Pabo have now refunded me. This could have been avoided if a good level of service was provided when I contacted them in November. I will not use again as their returns policy is far too slow especially in this day and age. Thanks to Tessa for taking ownership of my complaint.

No response, no order, account suspended
Ordered from here, got confirmation and they took money as normal, then i got a email saying account is suspended due to not being able to delivery or some crap. Came with a click here to activate account, clicked "page not found" Address was correct on order confirmation, logged into account only to find address just screwed up and special characters, completed online form as i tried to correct the address a number of times but each time logging in it screwed up again. No response back, few days later completed form again, nothing, found this site and a contact address emailed them, nothing but got suspended email again a few days later.
As i paid from paypal i logged a complaint through them, very slow to respond and no useful info given only to confirm first line of address, i gave the full address, chased again through Paypal, finally a message saying they have corrected address and i have to wait 1-2 weeks for delivery. In account my address is now correct but no order information is there. I have now asked to cancel order and give refund, lets see if they bother to reply to this!
Use one of the other sites that get things right and when they dont they say sorry and sort it out quickly. But if you like hassle and talking to a brick wall give these guys your money!

CANNOT GET REFUND
My wife and myself bought some items on 4/09/16 we still have not got these items on 11/10/16 i have asked for a refund and they are refusing. Phoned customer services and they hang up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AVOID. As well as this today i phoned 2 weeks ago and was pretty much told they thought i nicked parcel but turns out royal mail didnt deliver it no sorry or anything. I was very annoyed by lack of resovling the issues razed 5 weeks ago tessa because you do not follow up on compaints or sent a simple email explaining you are still "investigating" and when i asked to speak to manager is when your employee hang up phone dam right i was annoyed its disgusting and i hope your company goes bust just looking at other reviews hopefully it will not be long.....

Good deal with groupon voucher
I bought a voucher for £19.00 to spend at Pabo worth £45. Ordered 3 sets of lingerie. I received a confirmation email but after a week I hadn't had notice of dispatch. I rang customer services and the lady told me it had been dispatched. It arrived the next day! The items were good quality and fit well. Definitely worth the £19!
Wouldn't recommend.
Poor quality items. Slow service. Expensive tat.

inaccurate dispatch date

I am still waiting to find out when the items will be despatched as on their website it states 4-5 working days to actually receive the order. I shopped here and was waiting a week and a half for my items to arrive I bought a sex bomb box which should have £75 worth of stuff in it, it definitely wasn't worth that I could get same stuff offline for £10 I also got a free Easter gift box worth £40 same again, customer service is an absolute joke, cheap tat defiantly will not use again.
Wish I could give a -10⭐️

Flexible returns policy
I bought an item from Pabo that was faulty straight out of the box, so I contacted Pabo to return the item. After receiving a uk free post address from Pabo I was then informed that it could take a further 25 working days to process and send me a replacement. Even tho it states on there return policy it should only take 14 days (10 working days) to process, I questioned this and was told that the weren't changing there policy. Clearly they don't know what there stating on there website. Pabo also only seem capable of replying to emails once a day even if you respond straight away. One of the worse company's I've had the misfortune of dealing with!!!

Worst customer service ever!!!
I returned some items and after a few weeks I received an email with a voucher cod to use, valid for 2 weeks only. By the time I decided to placed another order, the voucher was already expired. I called customer services (very rude staff) and advised me to write a complaint email, which I did, but the answer was exactly the same, probably written by the same staff. Not a returning customer!!

Claimed they didn't receive my returned item
Takes 2-3 weeks to send out orders. And when I returned an item via their Freepost address they claimed they never received it so kept my money. Some items are made of cheap materials and not comfortable to wear. Beware.
