Order from china instead it's cheaper and quicker.
I ordered a single t shirt as a birthday gift about a month ago from this website and nothing has even been posted yet. The exact same night I ordered a much larger item from china, it arrived last week. Meanwhile, a month since my order, and a week and a half after the birthday has passed; ozgameshop apparently hasn't even been able to so much as open an envelope, put a t shirt in it, and post it. Its really not that hard guys.. Where the hell is my order???
Update: in response to ozgameshop, I stand by my review, if you stated it on your website it was not very visible.. and regardless of the excuse, taking almost 2 months to get a single t shirt delivered within Australia is poor, even during covid.. especially when I can get an item 4/5times larger delivered internationally cheaper and faster..

The item you purchased was held at another fulfillment center which has to be transported to our main dispatching warehouse before this could be sent out to you.
This was the reason for the delay in a dispatch which was stated on the products listing prior to you placing the order.
We have this information stated on order confirmation also for items such as the one you purchased, This is so we can be fully transparent with customers if their item cannot be dispatched within our standard timeframe of 24hrs.
Your item was dispatched within the timeframe stated on the listing.
FAIL - in every sense...
The item ordered was a 12" record. A birthday present for my son.
They never sent it. Didn't bother telling me that it wasn't sent (I finally contacted them and that was difficult enough) and that they did not have any stock and as far as I can see they still haven't refunded the money.
So classy and professional that I think my disappointment is giving way to frustration and anger... I wish I could be more positive but my experience was not positive...

Due to unforeseen circumstances, your order had to be canceled prior to this being dispatched, However, you were contacted via email at the point of this happening.
We are sincerely sorry for this and can assure you canceling an order is the last resort and something we only do in extreme circumstances that cannot be avoided.
Your refund was issued the same day and was processed back to your original payment method which takes the standard 2-5 working days to show.

Good website and products
The website is easy to navigate. It has also good categories and sub sections when searching for specific products. I was able to find what I was looking for and was happy with their comparable prices. Free postage in Australia is also handy a saving to the customer is always a good thing and with reward points for $$$ off future purchases

My #1 Game Shop
I've been buying from OzGameShop for years. I used to exclusively buy games in-store for fear of receiving an item of which condition I could not verify, but all of the three or so dozen items I have purchased so far have come in perfect condition. Nowadays I check on OzGameShop before even considering going to the store. Prices are great. The reward points are great. Free delivery over $50AUD is great. And they even stock items that are hard to find, like overseas editions, older games and in some cases, limited print games too.
