Fantastisk kundeservice. Jeg har reklameret over et bord jeg har købt, det havde desværre et skævt ben. Kommunikationen med Maria var virkelig god, hun rykkede hurtigt på det og sendte mig et nyt bord. Tak for god kundeservice

I had a really good experience with OYOY and would definitely recommend them. The products are beautiful and unique, and I love that most of the items are handmade – it makes them feel so special. You can really see the attention to detail in the design.

Because it’s handmade, you should expect small variations – but for me, that’s exactly what gives the products their charm and character. Delivery was smooth, and everything arrived nicely packed.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely shop here again!

I wish I had read reviews before buying. I purchased the Slinkii Dog Stuffy as a birthday gift in early March 2025. Within the first week, after minimal use, multiple seams split. Given the high price ($118 CAD), I expected the company would be responsive. I contacted the Quebec distributor five times—after a single vague reply and a promise to replace it (no identifying information, formal approval for return/return address provided or alternative way to contact them outside the website chat), they stopped responding altogether. I’ve since paid for professional repairs myself. Deeply disappointed. If you’re considering purchasing an item from OYOY, consider this a warning.

No response to emails about product return. Basically, you can't return a product because you have to email them and you won't get a response.

De har nogle mega cute trendy ting, som man ik bare lige finder alle andre steder fik min ordre hurtigt uden nogle problemer🥰

Flotte produkter. God kvalitet. Flot showroom i Herning/Hammerum - men oplever desværre at de ikke er skarpe på at besvare mails og være gearet til kundehenvendelser.
De 2 gange jeg har handlet der har jeg afhentet varerne i deres showroom/butik - og selvom jeg står med en ordrebekræftelse og en mail fra dem “ Du kan afhente din ordre” stod jeg begge gange med en medarbejder som ikke lige kunne finde mine ting. Og det er jo bare drøn irriterende..
Dog vil jeg tilføje at selvom min oprindelige ordre nok stadig ligger et sted, pakket og klar, så fandt de en løsning så jeg fik mine ting med 👍

Gorgeous product, super fast delivery, just wish that price reflected the value.

I ordered 2 Inka flower pots from OYOY for the princely sum of 200 euros. The material is described on the website as 100% terracotta. What I received instead were pots made of white ceramic. They were simply painted red. With a cheap-looking, poorly applied red glaze that flakes off in some spots, they are supposed to give the impression that they are made of terracotta. I think it's a scam, and I'm afraid that OYOY is just bold enough to think that customers won't notice the fake material. I have complained to customer services and hope to receive a quick response.

Virksomheden har to gange i træk sendt os det samme produkt i den forkerte farve. Første gang var bestillingen ydermere ødelagt grundet sjusket indpakning af noget skrøbeligt. Flotte ting, men desværre useriøs og ærgerlig oplevelse.

Beautiful products, but 0 customer service. We ordered the OY coffee table set in November 2022. One of the two pieces has arrived but we can’t get a hold of a single person from customer service to figure out when the second part is arriving,

Ordered the beautiful gold dish drainer and rose draining mat for my new kitchen. Service was super speedy and the goods are of superior quality. I can' wait to get them in my new kitchen! Thank you!
