Anna goes out of her way to look after…
Anna goes out of her way to look after my two properties and to keep me well informed.
As I have to be out of NZ at times I am confidant that I can go away and Anna will go out of her way to make sure that the properties are safe.
I am very grateful to her for giving me sound advice about all rental matters.

The main door lock of our flat was not…
The main door lock of our flat was not working and can’t get in. Tina who is my PM is very helpful in sorting someone to fix within the day. Very reliable and helpful.

As a property manager
As a property manager, Diane is always helpful and on point at letting us know what needs to be done in order to maintain the property we rent. Any required maintenance is carried out in a timely and through manner.
