Disappointing and poorly executed design
I have been following Hanna öberg for several years and I really wanted to like her products but I cannot recommend the leggings nor buying anything from the website due to lack of customer service. I ordered my usual size S and the first legging came and I could not fit them. My calves, which aren't big, stretched out the fabric. My buttcheeks were cut off at the top. As there weren't enough fabric for them. And I only have 90 cm hips and size S (36 EU). The inside of the legs had a weird white residue that could be washed off and lastly there were two dots in the front of the leggings above the logo that you can't see on the website. I wrote customer service, who is really bad at getting back to you and they claimed that there weren't anything wrong with the leggings, that its all part of the design and therefor I would have to pay myself to ship them back. They return guide the website or customer service offer is which company to use for currier. Poorly guide. I ended up using GLS but was lacking company email and phone number to put on label. So can only pray that they put the right address, which is in Poland and shipping is very expensive when you don't have a company deal. I then in good faith ordered I new pair in a size bigger because I didn't want to give up on the much anticipated product. Not much different. They fit on calves but my buttcheeks still feels like the haven't got enough fabric. The two dots in front plus a weird square around the logo is there again and the seams on the insides at the crotch area are sewn so badly that its chaffing on my skin and even now an hour after taking them off I still have a mark on my very top inner thigh. When you run a finger over the seam it feels like plastic. Im so disappointed in the design and lack of customer service. I have spend 99 euros in total with alle the shipping costs for a pair of gym leggings that I cannot work out in. I will have to find some use for them cause they cost me so much money! DONT BUY FROM OWNU activewear.

Vi förstår dock vikten av att göra returprocessen så smidig som möjligt och vi tar din synpunkt på största allvar.

Riktigt dåliga returer
Först och främst: handla inte här om du inte är TVÄRSÄKER på din storlek för returerna är ORIMLIGT krångliga. Du måste själv boka och betala för frakten, som dessutom måste vara spårbar vilket gör den väldigt dyr. Är den inte spårbar kommer ownufit inte återbetala din retur. Riktigt dåligt. Jag får dock skylla mig själv som inte läste på om detta innan.
Sen att kvalitén inte alls var som utlovat var också tråkigt. ”Buttery soft” var ett ord som användes mycket i marknadsföringen inför släppet och det för iallafall mina tankar till samma känsla som Lululemon har. Det var helt fel. Kvaliten är ungefär som vanliga träningskläder från tex Stadiums egna märke SOC, inget fel egentligen men när leggingsen kostar 700kr förväntar man sig mer.
Kommer inte att handla här igen. Tyvärr. Älskar Hanna och det hon gör i övrigt dock!

dålig kvalite och dålig kundservice
Hade höga förväntningar på dessa kläder. Dock lossnade loggan från tightsen efter att jag haft på mig dem i en timme (hemma, tränade inte ens). Därefter gick det hål i koftan jag köpte efter bara tre användningar. Tyvärr väldigt dålig kvalite på kläderna. När jag försökte reklamera varorna fick jag svaret att detta inte påverkar användbarheten av produkterna och därmed kommer jag inte få någon kompensation. Kan ej rekommendera tyvärr.

Not stretchy, small in sizing and expensive delivery
I ordered the seamless contour leggings about a year ago and as I’ve seen a lot of people selling their pants second hand (myself included) due to the same reason I wanted to give a heads up and some feedback to the own/u group. Opposite to the marketing speeches, the leggings are very tight and not at all stretchy. They were so uncomfortable that I only wore them twice and sold them on the 2nd hand market. I ordered an S, which is the perfect size for me in many other brands (Gymshark, NVGTN, Lululemon, Nike etc.) and I feel like sizing up would’ve helped by only a little as the product doesn’t stretch. I really hope they will change the fabric and the sizing because I feel like there’s potential, but in the meantime I won’t order again due to this. PLUS the only shipping option available was 15€, which is quite a lot over the standards.

For a more stretchy and comfortable fit, we definitely recommend trying our newest model, the Flex leggings. They are a much more stretchy and buttery fit than the OG Sculpt Legging. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Kasst! Krånglig och dyr retur! Beställde ett par plagg till min fru. De satt inte som förväntat, vilket kan vara relaterat till storlek. Krånglig returprocedur som framförallt blev dyr, 245kr!! då paketet ska till Polen och de kräver trackingnummer men inte har skickat med någon returlapp. Kommer INTE handla här igen, och inte min fru heller.

No seriously, for years I’ve tried many activewear brands and there was always something that wasn’t right. I follow Hanna for a while now and when she started her own activewear, I thought why not. Excellent quality & service
I have made a few orders with OWNU now & love the products. They do sell out in my size quite often but there has been better availability with the newer launches ☺️ They are excellent quality items I have ordered activewear (which are my fave!), loungewear and equipment. Ordering is a breeze, and shipping is super fast. The stretchy and soft quality of the clothes make them so comfortable to wear. However, I size up 2 extra sizes and they are still a bit too tight. I do wish there were bigger options and plus size options, but overall still love them!

Product dispatch was quick. The shorts were really sturdy and I like to wear them during leg days. I got Nordic blue. Seam has escaped a bit from the waste band, but it hasn’t affect the wear.
