I bought one pair of Jordan’s from this website and they were real, so I thought I should buy another pair for myself which I did, but I’m seeing the reviews and they kind of sketchy. I bought a pair of Jordan’s and I would like to know if they will be real and not what they are said in the reviews

We don't know if the Jordan dior 1ns and Travis scot 1ns are legit we haven't ordered yet

Ordered a pair of trainers in a certain size, one week later was told that they didn’t have that size. They then offered another pair in my size to be told again another week later that they aren’t available in my size after being told they definitely were. I don’t know if this is some sort of scam, but it seems very suspicious. I’ve now ordered the same trainers cheaper elsewhere and they arrived within 24hrs.

My order arrived in a reasonable time frame considering it was a big order. I like that this company can make custom t-shirts at a reasonable price.

Do not order anything from this company! You will never receive your product or if you do it will months before you receive it. I believe they are a foreign company, Hong Kong. If I had known that I would have never ordered from them. Beware!!!!!

1. Upon ordering I received my invoice via email. It included a used tracking number that showed the item I ordered had been delivered 2 months prior to the date I placed the order.

2. Customer service did not respond for nearly a week and told me that I received the order.

3. Had to email them to cancel the order 4 more times over the course of a week to get a reply. They refused and sent a new tracking number.

4. I researched the company and found that the bulk of their merchandise is not liscenced from their respective IP owners.

5. I spent even more time attempting contact with the threat of reporting them to CBS Consumer Products (IP owner of all star trek IP), OFFICE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Rights and the FBI.

6. They issued a refund hours later.

I would never trust this company. They appear to be inconsistent at best and almost certainly counterfeit merchandise sellers.

I have several of their shirts and they are very nice. I just went to their website to look at others and the page is not working. Did they close?

this is my first time ordering from this store, and i would like to say they have beautiful aparell. it took a little time to get but it was well worth it. so much thanks to owl matrix and the team.

They are a legit company. You will get your product. The site said my order was unfulfilled still even when I had my shirts in hand. Their site needs to be updated more frequently. They never sent me a tracking number either, until after I got it. I'd recommend they up their communication a little bit as it seems that is the main issue in many of these reviews. They ship from China. It took 3 weeks to get to me in Canada.

This company is a scam. They take the money and give you false information. The products don’t exist. It is not a real company, don’t be fooled you will lose your money. They are scam artists of the highest order.

I have ordered before and have always been very happy with the quality and fit of the products. I recently ordered three more shirts, one had a small but noticeable flaw, I reached out to customer service and the issues was resolved instantly. I wish other companies had the quality and speed of customer service that OwlsMatrix has, and I will continue to shop because of the service and amazing selection!

I just love their products and so happy I found them. I'm a 2xl person. And their garments are true to size. The quality is great. Even after washing the hoodies and tshirts several times, nothing did shrink and the material is still soft.
The colors are amazing and stay brilliant for a long time.
The first hoodie I bought 2 years ago has been in the wash almost every week. And it is still in great shape.
For my Christmas collection, I got lots of compliments from coworkers and even strangers while shopping.
My next wishlist is ready to being ordered. And because they also do custom printing, I will get one with my Jeep wrangler on it.

Shipping: I'm in Canada and it took about 3 weeks. My sister is in Germany and it was less than 2 weeks. I had no custom charges.

These Shirt are well made & what I like about them is the fact that when I button then up the design matches up across the front when buttoned up. I don;t get that when I but shirts in The UK. Well Designed & Well Cut !

I saw their Hawaiian shirts advertised through Facebook and took a look at their site. There was a great selection of stuff and they had my size, so I thought I'd risk it and place an order- which I wouldn't normally do for Facebook advertisers.

Anyway, payment went through, I was sent notification of my order then a receipt by email and later shipping details. There are also shipment updates through the Shopify app.

Took a while to arrive but the shirt was exactly as described on the website. The print quality is great, but I wouldn't wear the shirt too close to an open flame as it appears to be 100% synthetic materials and I'm not sure how fireproof it might turn out to be.

I have never had to take up an issue with the company, so I don't know what that experience would be like. I've placed three orders with them to date and so far I've not had any negative experiences.

I should add that judging by the invoice numbers of my orders- a year apart- they process in excess of 100 orders each day.
