Just awful. Ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter for a present more than a month in advance. The shipment was “stalled in delivery” for four weeks. Then it was, and I’m not making this up, “seized by the USPS for counterfeit postage.” After I reported this to the company and asked for an explanation as to how this could happen, it was nearly two weeks before I received a note from them telling me that something had happened with their third party shipper, “rendering the package undeliverable.” They offered a refund or a store credit. Fortunately, I had already reversed the charge with my credit card company and purchased the shoes, now two weeks late for my daughter’s gift, from another more reputable source. They arrived in three days.

Do NOT spend your money here. The meager few dollars you might save is not worth the many complaints about counterfeit or absent products.

Need to fix the online by tracker for customers order is not working

Returned shoes for a different size. They sent me a completely different size, several sizes smaller than I requested. Left messages to get a call back, no one responds. They will send you a link on your phone, but that doesn't help you get your money back.

I ordered from here for a Christmas gift- it was after I placed my order that I saw the reviews, now if I had read the reviews first I would not have placed an order. Now, I did not experience anything that these reviews stated. I received what I ordered on time. the UGGs were perfect and the real ones and nothing wrong with them. Every time I emailed them about my order they replied right away. I had no issues. It did take a little longer then expected but In their defense I ordered a Christmas gift on the 2nd week of December. I did get them the Monday before Christmas. I am very pleased with the service, also I got the UGGs cheaper and they had the ones my daughter wanted when everyone else was sold out. I am sorry that other people had a bad experience with them but this was not what I experienced- So yes I will be ordering from here again.

Would never buy from this company again. Order product on 12/8. As of 12/20 it still hasn't shipped. They claim it will take 7-10 buisiness days to prepare your order then another 8-10 buisiness days to receive it. So it can take up to 6 weeks to receive your order. Horrible company.

Total scam. Bought shoes on 11/30, and only then did I start reading about the other scam allegations from others. Next thing I know my package is being “stalled in delivery” in LA as of 12/5 and I can’t get ahold of anyone about it. I feel confident there is no merchandise, they just took my money. I’ve tried emailing, calling, chatting… no one is available. It’s a bogus site.

My experience with Overhalfsale was disappointing. The products arrived late and didn't match the descriptions, and customer service was hard to reach. I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.

Customer service is rude. Spoke to a Ari and she didn't care how I felt. Order shipped November 26th, its December 6th and I still have not got my order. Hate usps to, they always are late and delay orders and don't care either. Sick of ignorant crappy customer service from companies. People need to do better and be held accountable.

Won't be buying from the website again.

I placed an order through Overhalfsale.com. I received a USPS tracking number, although there have been no updates since June 2. They will not give me a refund since according to them my order was shipped. I ordered some postage stamps, nothing big, there is no reason why my order is not on its way. I have contacted USPS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

So far it’s been 13 days after the order and I haven’t received my merchandise. Poor communication. They can’t answer any questions that I have all they keep saying that it’s been shipped. I will never purchase from them again and hopefully I can get my money back. From my understanding that some merchandise seem to be knock offs so I’m sure what I purchased will be a knock off because it’s a baseball jersey.

I had no problems or delays in ordering postage stamps.
They arrived 10 days after order.
They were what I ordered and arrived fine.
This was my first order.
No problems and I will use them again.

I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH MY ORDERS. I HAVE ORDERED TWICE . BOTH TIMES POSTAGE STAMPS. MY FIRST ORDER WAS CHRISTMAS STAMPS AND THEY ARRIVED RIGHT AWAY. MY 2ND ORDER WAS HAPPY BIRTHDAY STAMPS AND THEY TO CAME RIGHT AWAY. I WAS SURPRISED JUST NOW TO SEE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS.

Sold a product that wasn’t in stock. They don’t tell you it’s out of stock, only that it’s in “high demand”. It’s been almost 30 days since ordering and it still has not left their warehouse.

I have ordered twice and the product is the real thing. I took it and compared to the shoes in an other store in the mall and they are identical. I will Be ordering more.

I have the same experience as many of these reviews… Ordered what I thought were UGG slippers in mid December and received what seemed to be a fake tracking number after complaining. I literally just received them in the mail and they are fake.
Horrible chemical smell, the back is much higher than original UGGs and the bottom has a different print.
I was given an option to return these for store credit, ha! Will be trying to get my money back.

Similar to others on here. I wish I researched ahead of time. I ordered uggs for a Christmas gift in early December and it is January 15th and I still don’t have them. I have emailed many times and they respond but with excuses. I’m not sure if this company is even real as I don’t know if I will ever get them since it has been well over a month now. Don’t order from this company it is not legit and a scam

Horrible company, horrible customer service....Please dont use them... you will never get your product. Im reporting them tomorrow at my credit union.

I would never purchase from them again. Placed an order 12/15/2025 never received an email. When I place an order is showed in stock. Showed in the sight ready to ship
Since 12/15/24. Emailed them to find out status and never received an email when ordered at they stated Finaly s text back from me asking for a call back on an order since I could not get on comta with them them. They stated Uggs take up to twenty days. They have to wait for it to be in stock Responded back why did the order say in stock and then have a ups order waiting to ship in UPS waiting to ship. Also was told Uggs can take up to twenty days Was told ifgsntale 20’days . If so then they should not say in stock and ready to ship. Request a contact number and tjey never responded or calle me. After so many emails and no response back finally shipped almost a month more than 20 days. Keep away from the sight.

I ordered the UGGS Tazz a month ago from this company and they finally arrived today. Never received a confirmation, so I was not sure I would even receive the order. After some back and forth, which seemed a little shady to me, I received confirmation a week before they arrived. When I opened the package, which seemed more like an individual packaged it and not from a legit company, the “UGGS” wreaked of a strong chemical smell. I knew immediately, and upon further inspection, that they were fake. Needless to say, I returned them immediately. Now I worry if I will ever get my money back. I paid just a few dollars less than the authentic UGGS of this style. Do not trust this company.

I purchased a pair of mens Tazman UGG shoes on December 10th, 2024. It is now January 6, 2025, and I do not have them. Order tracking says that label was created but it has never been picked up. Obviously a scam website. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back!
