Some of the bikes are nice and the pricing is fair, but getting spare parts for them seem to be really hard even though their homepage states that they have spare parts for them. I really regret buying a bike from this company, would not buy from them again unless i move to Poland so it's possible to physically visit their store.
I have been waiting for an answer from their customer service and service department regarding this for almost 1 month now.
10th of june first email > No answer
11th of june second email > got an answer quite fast with promise of them getting back to me with information the 12th of june.
12th of june sent 3rd and 4th email since they didn't reply as promised > no answer
12th of june first phone call > got to speak with someone but the call was disconnected or they hang up.
12th of june second phone call > same person answered and said that they will tell me the 13th of june about the spare parts.
17th of june 5th email > no answer
18th of june 6th email > no answer
22nd of june 7th email > no answer
8th of july 8th email > waiting for an answer.
The previous bike i bought from them lasted roughly 6 years of daily use in Swedish conditions which i think is good. This bike only lasted less than 1 year since it doesn't seem possible to get information about spare parts. Bought a new bike from another brand instead.
Might be easier to get spare parts for the other bikes they are selling, so that's why it's still 3/5 stars.
