Am new to overflow cafe, experience so far is encouraging, i like the fact that they forthcoming with time factor, Rome was never built i a day, what ever is worth doing, is worth doing right, i am not going to publicly admit to an increment in back links, it's a secret you hope your competitor don't discover, as you outrank them, will see

Incredibly rude customer service. They spam you with generic SEO tips on email. When I asked to be removed from the list or get actual tips tailored to the site they canceled my account. They sent multiple rude condescending emails. Treating me as though asking to not be spammed meant I didn't comprehend working with an SEO firm. I've had my agency for nine years and worked with many other firms and agencies. This is amongst THE WORST I've ever seen a firm allow their employees to treat customers.

I know a bit about SEO, that ever-changing target, so the only thing that's keeping me from giving Overflow Cafe a 5-star review is that they talk about a bunch of things they are doing for me that aren't accurate. It's misleading.

Otherwise, what I believe to be true is that OC is providing backlinks to my site for an affordable price. My site ranked well prior to me signing up but it's doing even better thanks to their efforts and mine. Money well spent.

I teach photography workshops and have maintained my own web site for more than 20 years. I have been on the first page of Google for most of that time. November 2017, while I was in a third-world country with limited internet access, my site went down due to a problem with my web host provider. It was down for a month before I could fix it. My SEO rank went from the fifth position on page one to page "not-to-be-found." My very existence as a workshop business depends on being found on Google.

In an attempt to boost my SEO back to page 1 I have taken a number of measures, including Overflow Cafe.

SEO is many things. As far as I can tell, Overflow Cafe mainly deals with backlinks. Backlinks are extremely useful, but not before developing a good key word strategy and linking to Google Search Console via an embedded API number and tracking ID.

Backlinks are not easy to establish. Doing them yourself can be time consuming, unless you have a program dedicated to the process, which I assume Overflow Cafe does.

It took three months but my site is alternating between the first position on page 2 (not worth much), and page 1. In another month or so I should be back on page 1 for good. I have no way to determine how many (if any) backlinks Overflow Cafe has made for my site, and they are unable to say. I also don't know how much impact OC has had on the rise of my SEO, as I have been aggressively working on it from my end. This is why I am giving OC 3-stars, I simply have no way of knowing whether they are making a difference, but I am willing to invest $29/month until I am able to tell one way or the other.

After join their service, I can see our website google ranking is improving, and they keep us updated actively with the progress and insights, very good service.

I have been with Overflow for 6 months. There have been no changes to my site at all. Of course if I log into my account their dashboard shows all this great work but in researching myself absolutely nothing. They do stay in contact with you but I feel as if they aren't very ethical. For example, they give you a free month for writing a great review on here. That's why they have great reviews...Another company I started with actually told me the changes I need to make to my site in order to move up in rank. Overflow never said anything to me. Just took my money.

It's a scam, they promise results that never come through and give you fake reports. They give you a free month if you leave a positive review

These people really know what they are doing. In few months, they got our web site popularity very high.

I've started with Overflow Cafe 2 months ago with my travel website which is running since 5 years. I don't see any results yet, but we have to wait long enough to see the results. I'm looking forward to see those results. Overflow Café is easy to use.

Great product and excellent follow up. This process takes time and time that is well spent working through all the details necessary to improve the standing of your company. I am glad that I took the first step that allowed me to test their capabilities. I am in for the long haul and want to see my listings reach the front page of whatever browser provider exists.

I tried their services for a couple of months. I got nothing but a couple of backlinks from spammy sites/directories. Its 100% waste in getting their services. Their reviews here seem to be totally fake. I've to accept that I got fooled by them.

I asked about the details of the domains they worked for me in building backlinks. They are intelligent and they told me they do not have the control on the success rate. I waited for 60 days and I couldn't able to see one good backlink. So their success rate is 0% for 60 days.

Secondly, their dashboard always displays information which is useful for none. They have one useful tool which I need to admit. They have a keyword tracker where we can track the status of the keyword positions (Up to 10 keywords) on Google, Yahoo and Bing.

Recently, I got an email from them that they have saved many man-hours. It is totally meaningless. They wasted my time and spoiled my domain authority. Earlier it was 17 and now it is 12. Now I'm spending time in disavowing the link. Never ever try their services.
