I personally returned a £90 coat, I was told the company was busy and I would be refunded within 21days. After this period I noticed comments being removed on the companies social media and soon discovered that this was happening to hundreds of other customers. The companies owner willingly accepted all returns and never refunded her customers.

The company then 'closed' and everyone lost their money.

A new company was soon registered under her name, the old social media accounts popped back up under the guise of a 'rebrand' this is simply a ruse to try and keep her social media followers.

This information is all available online and is completely factual, she will no doubt flag this as defamatory, even though its 100% true.

Disgusting, shameless behaviour.

This company is DLSB with a name change.

DLSB robbed me and 100s of others by failing to refund returns. I have my DLSB order number, and all communications related to this from DLSB, courier and bank.

Untrustworthy, unscrupulous, not worth the risk.

Extremely poor customer care.

Overdressed was previously trading under the name DLSB , same owner , clothing , etc . Therefore I would not recommend purchasing from overdressed as DLSB ceased to trade and denied hundreds of people a refund despite them sending their items back . Not worth the risk .

EDIT: I have been asked to send my order number for overdressed order , however it was formally DLSB so I have sent this order number over . I never got my refund from DLSB I had to claim it back from clearpay after weeks of issues.

Edit- order number is 988555. As I mentioned DLSB is the same company-same dresses, owner and models. This is just rebranded under a new name and hundreds of people have been left without refunds for returns. Perhaps, instead of spending all her time flagging trust pilot reviews, the owner could apologise to all of those poor customers? Surely hundreds of people are not all in the wrong? Hopefully potential new customers will be able to make their own mind up after reading the replies on here.

I ordered some dresses for a wedding from DLSB last year. I sent them back and fought for weeks to get a refund. The company went into liquidation and have now opened a ‘new company’ called over dressed using the same stock, models and more importantly same owner. They left hundreds of people without a refund (check out the Facebook group) No apologies or attempt to offer refunds or any type of goodwill gestures. You can see on here how customers are treated by the replies. Be very careful ordering from over dressed (same company as DLSB-check out companies house for evidence)

Avoid this company at all costs. I had to battle for 6 months to receive a £300 refund. They ignored emails and blocked me on social media when I asked about my return. The clothes were extremely poor quality and nothing like the pictures, hence why I returned.

Further to this, I’ve just had a message to say they are trying to have this review removed for the third time for containing ‘harmful content’. That’s how unscrupulous they are- they delete and block anyone who speaks out on social media. If they spent as much time on customer service and processing refunds, as they do censoring bad reviews, maybe the business would have more satisfied customers.

Can’t you see by posting these replies and trying to remove all these people’s genuine experiences, that you are just exposing yourself for how unscrupulous you really are?

I have been asked to remove some content as Over-Dressed has flagged as ‘defamatory’ despite this information being factually correct and publicly available information on Companies House, I have however made the required changes to ensure that the review stays online.

Nothing in this review is defamatory and it’s factual accuracy can be verified on public government websites and public records.
I was a regular, loyal customer.

Despite, refunds usually taking a month clearly bigger issues were arising and during August/September/October refunds for returns took MONTHS.

I returned over £250 of faulty, poor quality clothing, which I have proof of being returned and the company acknowleding that they had received the items.

I continually emailed asking when I would receive my refund but I was fobbed off with generic replies then they completely stopped replying!

The business went into administration on. So despite having my returns, I still had no refund!

A new company was set up on Companies House (Dress Is More LTD) on 30/10/2024. This person is clearly linked to the owner of DLSB and can easily be searched to find the connection on Companies House.
The business address is the business address of DLSB.

So whilst DLSB was having difficulties refunding orders due to what they called a ‘backlog’ a new company was being set up.
This is factual and publicly available information on Companies House.

Companies House showed that DLSB went under due to:
“A significant increase in returns believed to be due to the current economic climate and customer not having funds to keep what they ordered.
Increased costs due to stock, marketing, business rates, national minimum wage increases (which had not actually happened yet btw) and utilities.
Customer payment options charging high transaction fees.
Lack of growth in a 2 year period accross marketing, sales and website traffic”.

Bearing this in mind I was shocked that Over-Dressed popped up using the exactly the same marketing, the same social media (so if you followed DLSB, you now are part of the Over-Dressed community by default as they have not set up new social media channels), the same models, the same prices, the same clothing!

Company address? The business address of DLSB and Dress Is More.
The former owner of DLSB states on social media that Over-Dressed is her ‘new website’.
This is publicly available information on her social media.

The Over-Dressed website is the same website with a new name. Given that I returned items due to poor quality it is reasonable to suggest the same stock they were selling under the DLSB label, will be the same stock they are selling as Over-Dressed.

Buyer beware!

Buy at your own peril!
Be very very wary of buying from this company. Shocking customer service.
They don't adhere to the returns policy. Take your money very quickly but refuse to refund.
If you do make a purchase, I hope you wont need to return it. But if you do, don't bother trying to return it to them, you'll be better trying to sell the item privately on somewhere like Vinted. You're 10 times more likely to get some of your money back that way.

I would like to point out that this is review is being flagged as false and not being based on a genuine experience.
Based on the comment below from Over Dressed 'this person has not ordered with Over Dressed EVER or used any part of our service at all, we have no order number under this persons name and the person has refused to submit a genuine order number'
My response to this is, how do you know I'm not a genuine customer if you don't know my name or any of my details? It's a very broad statement to make.
I have chosen not to disclose my details as I no longer needed any assistance from Over Dressed. I no longer have any 'queries'.
My experience was incredibly poor and I want nothing more to do with this company.
I am however allow to warn other potential customers of how Over Dressed have treated their customers previously, and I am allowed to publicly state how unbelievably poor my experience was.
If Over Dressed don't like the negative reviews, I would suggest they get better customer service! Rather than arguing with their customers and flagging every negative review as either 'defamatory' or 'false'.
It's not the customers faults that their business is poor and that they don't know how to deal with the public.

The below comment has been update again this morning from Over Dressed "Customer is not willing to give her name or order number which proves this is a FALE REVIEW. This is a totally FALSE review not based on a genuine experience with OVER DRESSED, this person has not ordered with Over Dressed EVER or used any part of our service at all, the person has refused to submit a genuine order number and not given any of the information we requested to look into her genuine order because she has not placed one- FALSE REVIEW"
Once again I would like to draw attention to my earlier comment "I have chosen not to disclose my details as I no longer needed any assistance from Over Dressed. I no longer have any 'queries'". This still applies. I don't need any assistance from Over Dressed and I don't require anything 'looking into' as I managed to get my issued resolved with the bank with absolutely no help or care from Over Dressed.

Its a shame that this company didn't put this much effort into resolving my issue in the first place.

Once again. If you are a potential customer reading these reviews - have a genuine look at how this company are conducting themselves here and on all social media platforms.

Genuinely terrible experience.
Sizing of dresses not right and quality not a good as expected. This was a company I’d ordered from previously and unfortunately ran into the same issues. Their products look great online but it was such a waste of money. On returning, the process was beyond difficult, waited ages for the refund which never arrived. Had to go through my bank to get the money back which took at least 3 months. Unfortunately, the seller was 0 help, I received loads of emails saying they were sorting the refund but were ‘very busy’ and eventually they stopped responding.
It’s a shame as they have so much potential but without a doubt you will be let down time and time again. I would be very wary before ordering. It’s well worth looking around at what everyone is saying and heeding the warning.
Edit: unfortunately there is no place to reply to your reply, I have already deleted the email correspondence from yourselves so can’t provide any details.

AVOID - This company have simply just changed names when their old company went into liquidation. Using the old stock that was returned but did not give me and hundreds of others their money back. I have already sent my return number. I had many emails back and forth and then silence. Now they want to try silence their customers who they stoke from.

Very expensive clothes for the quality. Tacky and poorly made. Customer service is awful, you can’t get a refund from this company no matter how hard you try!

DO NOT buy from this company. She had a company known as DSLB. .... she left hundreds and hundreds of customers out of pocket by not refunding their returns. And that includes me. AVOID,.... THIS IS A GENUINE EXPERIENCE FROM HER OLD COMPANY

This company was called DLSB before it went into administration. They held onto my return money. Emails were not being responded too & messages on social media being deleted. It was at this point that I came across hundreds others whom this had happened too. The company never reimbursed their customers & I had to reclaim my money via my bank. The owner has clearly stated on her new website that we are “stupid” when someone queried

Awful company, no refunds given, poor quality. Avoid!
