Scam company !! Ordered pumpkin seed capsules back in April no tracking number given never arrived was told they had been returned and are on there way to me ! 3 months later numerous e-mails still not arrived and will not refund me ! Scam Scam Scam.

Ordered oil of oregano from ovela. I received a fake tracking number and when it showed delivered, I received no package..

This company is not real!! I ordered a bag and decided to return because I found a brand I liked better. They told me they would refund me 50% of the purchase price. Never saw the refund.. then I send a second email and was told they would send me 10% refund. This is a total SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!! Will be reporting to the BBB.

Shocking do buy from this scamming company! Placed an order in October 2025 (wished I had checked on here first)! Item was never delivered or received, February 2026 I have still not been refunded. Email responses from so called customer service are repetitive do not answer or resolve the problem & refuse to give full refunds, never again!

Ik heb geen idee waarom dit product van de markt is gehaald en zelf de website is verbannen.
Dit product was echt geweldig mijn rimpels werden binnen 1 mnd minder en mn huid zag er rustiger en egaler uit! Het zijn allemaal natuurlijke ingredienten en ik vermoed dat de overheid hier weer aan het plagen is. Alles wat eerlijk en goed is word gecencureerd of verbannen en als nep of in dit geval slecht beschouwd. Het tegen gestelde is waar.
Ik bid en hoop dat ik dit product ooit weer in handen mag krijgen.

I ordered the honey perfume in September of 2025 and I haven't received it yet I emailed the company about it and some guy Elijah responded saying it was still on its way as the tracking said it was in China thus whole time it never moved and then the tracking number expired this is sick its now December 17th 2025 and still nothing nor an email.

Terrible customer service and poor response. It took almost 2 months to get my product and was charged for twice (I think it was exactly $64.94) 2X. I received one shipment and they have yet to reimburse me for the second shipment I never received!

FAKE & FRAUDULENT. The customer service is a robot who continually sends the same reply. Absolute joke of a business who does not adhere to their refund policy.

So 3 weeks after having £43.84 taken out of my bank account I still after 40 emails have no refund !!!! No authorisation given to take the so called “subscription “ money that was not authorised!!!!! Be very careful buying from this company!!

This is a scam. Ordered the hair serum and the auto renew box must automatically be ticked so another order was taken the following month. I emailed before the product was shipped and they just ignored me until the product was on its way, then said I couldn’t have a refund because I had ticked the subscribe button! I did not. Avoid at all costs.

Do not purchase from this company!! As per previous reviews this is a total scam. I have had to block via my bank as they take payments without authorisation and ignore any emails.

I ordered 3 packets on their 3 for 2 offer. Bearing in mind this should have lasted me about 3 months, another order then turned up about 3 weeks later.

I contacts them and they said I had ticked the auto-renew box LIE and whilst I’ve been trying to get a refund for those and telling them to immediately cancel an auto- renew order they have send me another order!

COMPANY IS A SCAM, UNFORTUNATELY I READ A DAY AFTER ORDERING AND TRIED TO CANCEL BUT I COULDNT THREE WEEKS LATER THEY ARRIVED BUT I REFUSED DELIVERY AND WAS SENT BACK. THEY SAID THEY CANT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AS TABLETS WERE DESTROYED IN TRANSIT. LIE LIE LIE. NOT TO MENTION THE TABLETS ARE MADE IN CHINA SO YOU DONT KNOW WHATS INSIDE THE TABLETS. THEY ARE A SCAM. EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT WANT SUBSCRIPTION THEY SAID I SUBSCRIBED SO HAD TO CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD TO CANCEL. PLEASE DO NOT USE

As per other reviews , company a totally scam.
You order as a one off and they sign you up for a subscription without consent. When payment went out a month after I cancelled straight away but they said I can return once it has arrived . Emailed them several times but the avoid honouring the return only offering 20% refund.

Scam they set you up with a subscription without you realise you entered one! Suddenly got an email saying another one on its way. Says you have to email to cancel subscription but not had one reply

Absolute filthy grubby rip offs. Ordered one item from them they sent an email saying my second order is on the way. Sent an email to cancel and said I did not select a subscription. Told me I should have reads the terms and that I did select a subscription, I didn’t. Told me if I want to cancel I have to wait until my order arrives. No response to further emails I have tried to send.Now can’t send any emails, says there is a virus.

Another scam, purchased one order and now they have charged me again for another order I didn’t agree to.
Now ignoring my emails.
I wish I had read the reviews before I even purchased from this company.
