Bedrooms are on different floors which makes it nice because the upstairs bed is with the game room. The downstairs bed was adjacent to the den and dining area. I will rent from them when I return, no doubt.

Awesome Views! cabin is clean with fully equipped kitchen. I love how the beds, dinning table, swings etc are made of logs. I enjoy the views the most. This was our fourth visit and now I feel the cabins need some updo in terms of upgrading the mattresses and games. The Mattresses was very uncomfortable.

The cabin was excellent and exactly what we expected. Amazing views mountain views but close to everything. We will book with Outrageous Cabins again.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. There were a few issues during our stay but nothing that would keep us from returning. Everything was nice and clean and looked like the pictures that are posted on the website.

Our cabin was very clean and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the fireplace and the hot tub. Oh and the downstairs bed was VERY comfortable. However, I give 4 stars because of the location of our cabin. We were at the very bottom of a hill and there was only a "view" of the driveway. I should have researched better but I thought for what we paid there would have been a view..

These are the nicest cabins that are in the Pigeon Forge area. They are always very clean and very spacious. The customer service reps are very friendly and very responsive to any needs you might have. We can't wait to go back in the fall. Location is very close to everything and if you want to get away you're also just 5 mins away from leaving the crowds. Great access to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. 5 Stars for sure.

The cabin was really nice. Our check-in experience was average. The office staff didn't even look up to acknowledge us. Checked us in on the computer and handed a map and said follow the map (north, south, east and west). Drove for 10 mins down a road only to return back to the office to try and find the road again. It would have been so helpful for the office staff to look up and say "Hey, the resort entrance is right across the street, without handing over a copied map that was so old with very poor directions. We stay in the Smokey Mountains twice a year. I would maybe re-think not staying at Outrageous cabins, only because the front office gentlemen need to learn customer service and not seem like check-ins are a burden to them. I would also recommend to the office if smoking, maybe go behind the office and not stand right outside the front door. I can say at check-out the nice young lady acknowledge us and seemed sincere. We loved our Cabin!!!

My husband and I rarely get a Vacation and unfortunately we chose outrageouscabins. The cabin itself was beautiful however as soon as we got there the cabin next to us had an alarm going off. I called the office to take care of it around 230pm but they never showed, so I called back at 11pm and they told me to go over to the cabin and press a red button or it wouldn't be turned off tonight. Knowing I wouldn't be able to sleep I did it for them. Then the same night we jumped in the hot tub and it was broken. I called the office the next morning and they said they would come fix it, but 3 days went by and they never came. I also reported almost all the blinds were broken and dusty, the air hockey table was broken, the Jacuzzi tub leaked through the floor when u let the water out and got all our luggage wet. I felt like every time I called the office I was bothering them. They did not come to take care of any issues the entire stay. Customer service horrible.

I do not have one bad thing to say about the cabin we stayed in it was amazing

This was our first time renting from Outrageous Cabins, we have rented cabins from two other companies in the last 5 years. The first, we were repeat customers 3-4 times a year. We would rent one cabin for my husband and I and another for the whole family. We had reservations the week of the fire and were not treated fairly( we had paid in full). The second, the cabin was not as described.
Love Nest 2 was perfect! The cabin was as described and the cleanest we've stayed in. The ease of making the reservation and check-in and out was wonderful. We will definitely rent from Outrageous cabins in the future.

The company was great.
The cabin not so. (1) Coffee cups was still in dishwasher and we didn't realize this until the next morning while we loading it before leaving. (2) garbage bin was locked with no instruction's. This was part of the leaving process to empty the garbage. (3) Beds felt like sleeping on plastic, every time you moved they made this noise.....

We love Outrageous Cabins! We've stayed in different ones numerous times. They are always super clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We always love to go out for our evening meal (it is vacation after all lol) and Pigeon Forge has every restaurant you could ask for. There are shops galore and every and anything you would want to do. We don't stay in hotels anymore because having a whole cabin to yourself is the best!! I can't say enough about Outrageous Cabins. We love staying there.

They were very easy to deal with. Check in was easy. Cabin was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Loved our location of cabin.

Check-in experience was very easy. Cabin was great / great view, very clean, well-stocked with items. Cabin was available when promised!

We had a wonderful time..the cabin was beautiful. The view was outstanding. My daughter loved the fact that we could see the ferris wheel on the Island from the cabin. There were a few minor issues(like towel rack was broken in the upstairs bathroom) but none of the little things will going to keep us from coming back. Super easy check- in and check-out. Very nice staff at the office. Only wished we could have stayed longer.

We recently stayed at a cabin named "Tennessee Treasure" with outrageous cabins. The cabin was beautiful and and the view was amazing. We have rented several cabins from outrageous cabins and have always been happy with their cabins and their service. However, we live in Michigan, and we had driven over 550 miles to get to this cabin, and I was so excited to get to relax in the hot tub. When we got there, the hot tub jets were broken and we could not get them to work. Outside of that disappointment everything else was awesome. Probably will stay with them again.

I've rented many times and have a great experience with them every time. Only thing I wish they had is a membership club for those who visit the smokies more often. Must see their website. It is exactly what you see and very nice.

Theses cabins are BEAUTIFUL! The staff is AMAZING!!!! The views from the cabins are SPECTACULAR!!!! Great vacation cabin! The location is bar none! You are close to everything!!!

Nice cabin with a nice view. Helpful staff at check in. The only bad thing is the downstairs shower didn't work and hot tub was broken.
As a suggestion.. maybe at one more comfortable chair in the living room. We enjoyed our stay and it was great to bring our pet with us.

A very beautiful, relaxing time. The views are so beautiful and the cabins are clean, warm and make you feel like you are at home.
