Don’t use
We are about to sue as they continuously ignore the return request which was made a day after the arrival of the ordered items. The value of these items are by law claimable due to their terms and conditions and eligible for a full refund, the fraudulent behaviour to ignore the ten plus email requests to leave the products not refunded back.
Appallingly slow delivery times
Appallingly slow delivery times, just not worth ordering from here as the whole process is so frustrating, 10 days is just not acceptable and also the item didn’t even show as dispatched for four days which is unnecessarily slow.
Nowhere else takes so long, from the cheapest sites to the more expensive ones
The Outnet really need to take note of how much more efficient all other online mail order companies are

Apparent Fraud and Theft
Apparently, as I am told, employees or representatives of the OUTNET diverted my packages and the packages of others customers in my city to a third party in a nearby city wherein the stolen property was intended to be received and apparently was received. I contacted law enforcement locally. My package was delivered as stated to someone else and others informed me of the apparent crime.The OUTNET has not responded and flat out doesn’t care.
Additionally they have repeatedly falsely advertised items as being on sale and when you go to check out they are not on sale.
What a shambles
I don't normally leave reviews so this shows how fed up I am. I am a long standing customer. I have been purchasing from outnet since 2008. I never had any real problems and if I did the excellent customer service sorted it out. But now I doubt that I will ever order from them again. I have been trying to return 2 boxes since the beginning of December. Firstly the boxes were returned to me by DHL due to the French blocade, as I needed new labels I made phone call no.1. It took 3 days to get through. The labels were sent 10 days later on Dec 30th, but with no explanation if they were generic or could be used on either box. Phone call no. 2 took me a week to make. I tried several times each day but the 0800 number just rang engaged. The Uk number rings out unobtainable. I even tried the USA number but also rang enaged. Eventaully a week later I got through. The labels are generic but now I must fill in 3 proformas per parcel ( to go on the outside I was told, DHL will attach them in an envelope..different info to consumer below)
To fill in forms I need the product code, yet the site has 2 totally different product codes depending on where you look. I need country of origin, all items say imported. Apparently you must call them, but from review below I am probably wasting my time as customer service don't know. I have now spent 2 days on phone call no.3. the numbers ring engaged or unobtainable. So I am just choosing a code and putting UK as country of origin as thats where I live.I assume that Yoox have staff working from home,they eoither don't have enough or they those staff are not doing their job. I got through on one occasion tonight but sounded like a bus station and I was cut off. What a shambles.

I have ordered over a month ago and still trying to return the items. First I couldn't return it because they gave me the wrong label, then they couldn't send me a new one because of Brexit and now it's because of Covid!
They've now made up a new rule that you need to include 3 copies of a HANDWRITTEN returns proforma in the parcel which states the information must be correct or else you won't get your refund, but the information they are asking for ie. garment country of origin cannot be found on the website and customer service don't have a clue!

I have been trying to get a refund for an item I returned for nearly a month. I sent back several items in the same box, and received a refund for two of them (so they clearly received the box), but not the third. Multiple calls and emails to customer service have got me no further forward, with repeated promises to search the warehouse. Today, I got an email asking me to 'send them a photo of the damaged box'. They haven't even understood my complaint. It's just not worth the effort if something goes wrong, I recommend you buy from elsewhere.
*Update* they did refund me in the end!
Paid £600 for a broken and worn Gucci bag
I paid nearly £600 for a Gucci bag. When received the zip was broken off and the straps looked a little worn. When I contacted customer care they offered a refund but it was the last bag and I could not find it for sale anywhere else. When I asked for a discount so I could get it repaired they offered 15%! This would not cover the bill from Gucci to repair. Customer Care staff didn't want to look into the fact they resold a broken bag - it was even marked on the tag as broken!
Damaged items
I bought a set lingerie laperla at bargain price. Once it arrived it looked like it was worn and then i noticed it was damaged. Returned for refund. Better to pay full price from brand site than here.

Customer service appalling they are clueless about products and stock control. Not helpful and didn’t seem to care . I wouldn’t recommend this website and reading other reviews on here I’d say beware
Super helpful returns
Super helpful returns. I wish every website had returns like outnet. You just tell DHL when you want your return package picked up (free of charge). No need to go to a drop off point (I am having issues with my local drop off point for UPS - not available on weekends).

Ordered boots on Monday afternoon and received them Tuesday morning. Very good service and to pay £8 for super fast next day delivery is quite reasonable. Would have given 5* but as I never received conformation email of my order and never got reply from them either when I asked about my order,I have knocked one star off. Will definitely order from them again!

Shabby quality control reasonable customer service . Ordered two items of jewellery. The prices were very good, but when they arrived one of the items was not fit for purpose. It was a necklace with a very fine chain which was so badly knotted I could not undo it. Informed CS by telephone and advised to send photographs to obtain a discount which I did but then decided I wantedto return the item for a refund.to be fair they did organise a convenient courier collect service, but did not confirm their receipt of the item until I telephoned to check the progress of the refund. at this point they confirmed receipt and that a refund would be made in about 10 days.
The poor aspect about this transaction is that it was clear that there was no quality control of the item sent out in unwearable condition, there was no identification tag attached. Something their policy stated was required to process a refund.it seemed clear that this was an item returned by a previous customer as being damaged or unfit for purpose and then sent out again without being checked.so, in summary. Customer Service dealt with our concerns adequately. Though I would have appreciated an acknowledgement of receipt of the return before I had to telephone to check. But quality control of the goods was inadequate and was at the root of the problem in the first place. I will be reluctant to buy from them again.even though their prices are good and represented good value and a genuine discount on the regular price obtainable from the manufacturer/ supplier

frankly I will not use the site again, it used to be ok but not now. No returns label enclosed and no help from customer service meaning I had to phone Dhl several times and they too were not helpful turning up once with no blank return label and then not turning up at all. All I want is a stupid returns label not much to ask!!!!. Ridiculous amount of hassle, annoying, time consuming and unhelpful. Unless you have hours of time to spare DO NOT USE
