Puncture after just 11days

Whilst the ordering process was smooth and delivery (next day) was perfect. I am a little disappointed that after only 11days using the nipper wagon. It got a puncture. For a well known brand that has an amazing reputation for durable pushchairs on hard terrain I was surprised to find that this had happened. I am a childminder but made sure the weight limit wasn’t exceeded, it had only been used for school runs on paths. The customer service (Mike) from Babycentre where I ordered it from was really helpful and passed my issue onto out and about who have sent me out a new wheel. Fingers crossed this solves the issue and I won’t have to fork out another £85 on the hard wheels after already having to pay extra for the double seat accessory and the accessory pack so I could have the basket.

So much easier to push

So much easier to push! My friends couldn’t understand why I insisted on struggling round the farm with my newborn travel system - I didn’t understand why they all had 2 prams. I convinced myself it couldn’t be that different to what I was using already. Eventually I caved and bought a Nipper V6 and I finally understood! I wish I’d had one from the beginning - it would have saved me a lot of grief!

Had an issue with the rain cover that…

Had an issue with the rain cover that came with the pram being damaged.

Emailed customer service. Initially got a bot response. A day later got a response from Patricia who was very reassuring and had informed me she will order a replacement for me.

Waiting on replacement being delivered presently but very happy with how quick customer service acted.

Really disappointed, no order and poor customer service responses

Update: finally got through to a human who was very helpful (Patricia) and confirmed there had been an issue with my order following a system integration. As a gesture of goodwill she sent me some handmuffs which ironically arrived the day before the buggy (2 weeks after i ordered). Id also ordered a V5 and a V6 arrived which I'm very happy with. The products are great but the AI customer service needs improving.

Really disappointed.

I placed an order on 23rd January, on the 27th DPD emailed to say they were expecting the package but haven't received it yet.
Today is 30th January and it's still not been sent, so I emailed their customer service.
First 'bot response ' told me it had only been 2 business days since I ordered (it's been 6..).
Second bot response said I won't get tracking as it's not been fulfilled.
Third bot response said they couldn't tell me when it would be fulfilled.

Each response asked me to leave a trustpilot review, so here I am.

I'd ordered a double buggy from what I thought was a reputable British business but I'm not impressed so far. I've got a young baby and a toddler and was excited for this to arrive.

Travel bag

Got the double travel bag to travel from the uk to USA and it’s definitely worth the money. Thick bag so th buggy is protected and also easy the carry with the handles! We’ve even used it to get the buggy from top floor apartment as no lift

We love this Stroller

We love this Stroller. It is perfect for my twins. The newborn carrier and then will work until they are big. The shipping was fast. Worth the money

Exceeded My Expectations

I have tried SERVERAL double strollers and this one is far superior! It handles uneven ground like a champ, has a smooth turn radius, and shocks to absorb everything that would wake my fussy newborn. I craved fresh air but dreaded pushing my other strollers. I AM OBSESSED.

Out and about are fab

Out and about are fab. The only thing I would say is the waiting time from order to dispatch seems a while with no communication, but as soon as you get dispatch email, it’s really quick after that.

Disappointment with service and quality

I’ve had a really bad experience. One of the wheels on the Nipper wagon became damaged in the second month after the pram was purchased. I contacted the company to request a replacement wheel, but it’s impossible to reach them by phone—you can try yourself.
They do respond via chat and email, but they keep saying they don’t know when the wheel will be dispatched or delivered. I’ve now been waiting for over a month for the replacement, and I can’t use the pram for my children during this time.
Big disappointment with quality and service

shipping lead time untrue.

I have bought a wagon + accessories on the 8th of January. By their website it says the the goods would be dispatch within 5 working days. My order has not been confirmed yet. Despite calling and sending multiple emails, I haven't received any explanation on why my order is delayed or any idea on lead time.
This is such a poor customer service. I am so disappointed.

Awful customer service and no pushchair

Brought a new double pushchair three months in advance of welcoming another child to do 2 under 2. I build the pushchair a few weeks before the birth of my child to find that the tyres are faulty!

I contact them and they say normal wear and tear - for a product which has not been used!! I get back in touch and they agree to send me out new tyres. Nearly Three weeks later no tyres still, no updates nothing. Customer service dosent work very well, I now have a £500 pushchair which dosent work and two children who have no pushchair?

Absolutely appalling service and quality. I was very excited for this pushchair and had heard good things but like most people on the FB groups there is alot of issues.

Great service from Rocco

Purchased a refurbished pram from their website and am really happy with it. The 5 stars are particularly for Rocco who went very much over and above to ensure I had a fully operational pram when there was an issue with the one that arrived initially.

Still not processed return, 6 weeks and 17 emails later!

Looked like a great buggy. We needed to return our nipper as we couldn't quite get it in/out the house. We provided details of our return in an original email. 6 weeks later and our twins have arrived. After an email chain of 17 emails they are still asking for information we provided in our original email. Never had any response from the customer service number, ever! Totally unacceptable to deny a young, new family a substantial amount of money despite being provided with everything that Out n About have asked for over and over again. Unacceptable
