I bought a grade A refurbished Samsung…
I bought a grade A refurbished Samsung Q995C soundbar from the outlet store. I was a bit sceptical and paid via paypal to be cautious. To my surprise to product was delivered quickly (I paid for next day delivery) and came with two delivery guys ready to bring it to any room I wanted to. The product looks brand new with no defects I can spot and working well as well. Overall very happy with the purchase which was like 50% less than what was retailing at the time in Dec-2023. Will we criticise bad retailers we should also appreciate good ones hence this review.

The oven was damaged, it had the wrong plug fitted on it and the instruction book was not in English, I emailed several days ago and still waiting for a response

Will be buying again
A true test of a business for me is what it does when things go wrong. I ordered 3 TVs, two were perfect but one was broken. Returned without fuss and will definitely be returning. Excellent value for money. Thank you to Justin in particular for great help and service.

Item keeps showing as available (low stock) and the order goes through as normal. A day later, the order is cancelled - money is refunded - but no explanation as to why. A second attempt to buy the in-stock item meets with the same result. A shame - the prices look competitive but I can't seem to buy anything.

Galaxy A54 5g
Was a bit wary when I ordered my Galaxy A54 but after a week of use I'm absolutely delighted with it.
The phone was classed as Grade A. The box it came in was a bit damaged & had clearly been opened before but the phone was in perfect condition with nothing to indicate it had ever been used.
I was also able to register the phone with Samsung and activate their two year warranty.
Would definitely use again.
