Beyond expectations
It's not often you purchase something online and are made to feel like a valued customer- but that's exactly what i experienced with this company. They kept me updated regarding the status of my order (bearing in mind there were postal strikes on), which was much appreciated as i needed it for an upcoming job, enabling me to keep my customer informed as to when i would be with them. Brilliant! Oh- and i received a complimentary soap which smells lovely. What more do you want?

Good customer service
Good communication from the seller. My pole section was delivered by Parcel Force and were very well packaged which meant they were in perfect condition. Due to a mistake on my part I thought I had received the wrong item. Despite this, I received a prompt and friendly response to my 'complaint'. I have bought other products from this firm and their customer service is excellent.
