I had questions about a Helmet/goggles combo I purchased. I wanted to exchange the pro goggles for the ultra version. They were prompt in answering my questions and made the process of return/exchange very easy. Great experience, I'll be back for more!

They were very helpful with getting me a new helmet after there were some defects in my order, they were quick, responsive, and ready to help. I’m happy with how they handled everything and I look forward to buying more of their products in the future.

The person I worked with at customer service was very kind and worked with me. Given I wanted a refund but was past the return policy timeframe, I was offered a replacement since I could not get the pump to seal and inflate my SUP.

I was concerned that a certain item would not arrive in time for Christmas. Customer service promptly tracked my package a reassured me that it was in transit. They put my mind at ease. Great company!

I recently pre-ordered their latest snow goggles that was originally scheduled early November, and I waited for a while then decided to email them and asked about my order status.

Effy was amazing, their replied fast and professional. They reassured me that they were communicating with their warehouse and also kept an eye on my order as well. And they sure did, as soon as my order is shipped, they emailed me to notify me right away.

Very happy with their kindness and awareness of their customer specific needs. 10000/10 would recommend to anyone looking for affordable high quality snow gear.

Customer service is really efficient and nice, i got the wrong model and they offered me multiple solutions, all very quick.

Purchased a Shark 2 pump in the summer of 2024. I absolutely loved the pump - super fast to blow up paddleboards. It stopped working after the summer of 2025, so roughly two seasons of use. It was still covered under warranty. After contacting OutdoorMaster about the warranty, I had a replacement within a week. Replacement was the newer model, which looks to be quite an upgrade.

Whole process was super fast and easy to do, very impressed with the customer service..

There is no randomness here it's all pure surplus of items that were not Popular or purchased often I got nothing but gloves and socks. It says duplicates when ordering multiple boxes yet in a single box I got three pairs of the same gloves, and two of the same socks. Even if you are thinking of ordering a mystery box as a joke or just as a "why not?", don't, I will assure you unless you are a child nothing you will receive in the mystery box will be worth it. There is absolutely no randomness within the system. Only thing that was different was some phone case for a phone I've never even heard of. Just buy what you want straight up and don't waste the extra money on any size mystery box.

We purchased 2 helmets th3 one for my wife was to big we were going to return hers was to big. Outdoor made the process painless. But we decided to keep my wife's helmet she got it to tighten down. So outdoor masters gave me credit to keep it and sending me a pair of Hawk sunglasses. Very impressive company

Outdoor Master’s customer service has been excellent — they respond quickly and actually take the time to help resolve questions or issues. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that communicates so well.

Their products are also great quality — honestly on par with a lot of the higher-priced brands out there. Overall, really happy with both the gear and the support behind it.

I needed direction on the selection of the best ski goggles for my situation and the reps I dealt with were efficient and knowledgeable. I will definitely purchase again from them!

My wife and I recently purchased 2 bike helmets we were going to return it my wife's helmet was to big so outdoor master offered me to keep it and give me money to keep it didn't want to keep it then my wife figured out how to get it tightened down so we're keeping the helmet. So there giving me a gift and money back says a lot about there custumer service

Outdoor master is the only goggle company I use they have great products and have even better customer service!

I ordered a ski helmet from them and was impressed by the product. Unfortunately though the package arrived visibly smashed. The support team was very helpful and sent me a replacement helmet. The shipment does come from China so it takes a considerable amount of time to arrive.

Happy about shopping experience and product. The ordering process was easy and delivery was prompt. The product exceeds expectations, the quality and performance sant out in its category.

I purchased a pump for my inflatible standup paddleboard 13 months ago. It came with a 2 yer warranty. The pump failed and I contacted customer service. Within 48 hours of reporting the issue, they sent a brand new replacement pump. No BS or other hoops to jump through. They stood by the warranty and acted quickly to resolve the issue. Outstanding customer service!

Bought a SUP pump a year ago which we have been very happy with unfortunately it developed a fault with holding its charge, I contacted the company and they were very helpful and gave us a replacement. We have been very pleased with the product and the customer service team is also to be commended, As a result I would definitely recommend this company to friends.

In eerste instantie miste ik een deel van mijn bestelling, maar nadat ik contact opgenomen met de klantenservice kreeg ik binnen een paar uur al reactie. Ik werd goed geholpen met vraag en er werd snel een simpele oplossing gevonden voor het probleem. Geen gedoe met foto's als bewijs van een missend onderdeel. De levertijd is iets wat aan de lange kant, maar dat is ook aangegeven op de site en niet gek als het uit Amerika moet komen. Kortom snel en goed geholpen
