Når det kommer til UL-vandreudstyr i Europa, så er det ofte lidt spredt, man kan til tider blive nødt til at vente længe eller bestille forskellige steder. Mit indtryk er, at Outdoorline har et ret solidt udvalgt.

Butikken har tilmed fri fragt i hele EU, når man kommer over er bestemt beløb og så levering inden for 48 timer (for 10 euro ekstra) - i hele EU - hvis man bestiller inden 12.00. Det skulle jeg naturligvis teste og ja, det tog ca 25 timer, før pakken fra Slovakiet lå i Aarhus - med en lille håndskreven hilsen tilmed.

Jeg er bare super tilfreds og imponeret. Det er ikke sidste gang jeg bestiller der!

Great and trustworthy company! I was looking for a tent (Gosammer the Two) which is only available in the U.S. Outdoorline seem to be the only European company who can deliver in Europa. If I would have ordered it from the States I would have payed much more on taxes and import duties. The communication was fast and clear. whitin a week I received the Tent. In the future I will definitely order again!

I don't normally write reviews, but after this entirely positive experience, I'd like to do so. I was looking for a Warbonnet Blackbird XLC hammock but didn't necessarily want to import it from the states. Besides one other store in Europe (that has a way smaller variety of options) this was the only website where I was able to find it. The pricing is very reasonable, and I guess I would have ended up paying more money because of customs and taxes if I would have ordered it with Warbonnet directly.
When setting up the bank transfer I at first thought that I made a mistake when it comes to the reference. So, I used the possibility to get in contact with outdoorline via the given WhatsApp number. I wrote the massage late at night and Peter answered me before I was even awake the next day! Customer service here is really one of a kind and communication was very pleasant!
I placed my order on Tuesday night and went for the express shipping option. Parcel was dispatched directly on Wednesday and arrived Thursday at noon already (even though DHL themselves predicted that the parcel would arrive Friday). The goods were packed very thoughtful with some extra piece of cardboard where poking too deep could have damaged the product.
I'm amazed by how smooth everything went and I'm more than happy with my new hammock and underquilt that both arrived in perfect condition.
In my opinion this shop might be the best one for ultra-light outdoor equipment and I will for sure come back one day!

Je n'ai pas pour habitude d'acheter à l'étranger mais ai pu trouver chez Outdoorline un produit précis introuvable en France et quasiment pas dispo en Europe. Rien à signaler pour l'achat et l'envoi, tout s'est bien passé. A la réception, le produit était accompagné d'un petit mot manuscrit du vendeur, Peter. C'est pas grand chose, mais c'est toujours sympa de sourire en ouvrant son colis. Je recommande pour le professionnalisme et la dimension "humaine". (Et puis j'avais adoré la ville de Kosice, mais ça ça n'a rien à voir.)

Ordered a down quilt and drinks bottle and it arrived from Slovakia to the UK in just over 24 hours. Before they put the order through, they checked that I would be okay paying import tax (another benefit of leaving the EU). Great products, great service.

I ordered a quilt / sleeping bag from Outdoorline, as they were one of the only suppliers in Europe to stock this item. Great communication from Peter who let me know about the VAT tax situation and dispatched the item very quickly.
Item arrived safe and sound the next day, 4 days earlier than anticipated!

Highly recommended!

I explained that I needed the order fairly quickly before my Trek departure, Peter sent it to me by Express with no additional cost! And I received it in France 24hours later!

J'ai commandé un produit qui n'était quasiment pas disponible en Europe : déjà une super sélection, et un prix tout à fait correct.

Le colis est arrivé rapidement. Quand je l'ai ouvert, il était vide (l'objet pesait 17 grammes, difficile de faire la différence avec un colis plein sans ouvir). Puis j'ai vu le scotch du transporteur : le colis avait été endommagé et réparé, mais sans son contenu.

J'ai contacté Outdoorline à l'aide du chat. Beaucoup de vendeurs se seraient cachés derrière le transporteur. Ils auraient pu me renvoyer à ma responsabilité puisque je n'avais pas vérifié le colis. Je ne m'attendais donc pas à grand-chose.

Mais Peter m'a immédiatement indiqué qu'ils me renvoyaient l'objet dans la journée. Mieux, il m'a demandé si le même transporteur convenait. Je lui ai dit que je devais partir dans les 4 jours pour une randonnée et que j'avais besoin de la commande pour mon départ. Il m'a offert une livraison en J+1, pour être sûr !

Tout ça pour une commande modeste, et pour un nouveau client.

C'est probablement ma meilleure expérience client à ce jour, et cela justifie bien mon premier avis trustpilot.

Dag til dag levering til Danmark og gode, konkurrencedygtige priser på kvalitetsudstyr til vandring. Er meget tilfreds.

I was after a good quality ultra light backpack and the only U.K company doing the Gossamer Gear Kumo 36 wanted over £200 for it.
I found the Slovakian company Outdoorline.sk were dselling it at £124, so even with tax and VAT t was considerably cheaper.
Paying by GP pay was O.K. At first it denied my payment, but afer a couple of hours it went through no problem.
I got plenty of communicaion from OUtdoorline about understanding I'd have to pay taxes etc. I used an app to work out the tax before purchse, so no shocks.
They used DHL as their carrier and the item was disppatched and arrived three days later after payig the tax through the DHL link.
As my first post Brexit shop, I was pleased with how this turned out and would definitely recomend the Outdoorline.sk to buy from.
