In the site it’s written that there is possibility to pay with PayPal but when I try to do the check out it’s only accepted credit card(not at all PayPal)even I tried to change the payment method

I returned my order following all the instructions, but I never got my refund. Customer service kept saying it was “in process,” but nothing ever happened. Very disappointing and unprofessional — I won’t order from this site again.

I bought a very expensive hot tub (3k) from this site and it was due latest of 19th sep i emailed them and they where very helpful and as promised it arrive 30th as it was coming from there larger Wear house

Je trouve sur ce site un matelas Therm-A-Rest NeoAir Xlite NXT taille R affiché à 152€ au lieu de 200€ en boutique. Après avoir lu les avis négatives sur trustpilot, je décide tous de même d'essayer. Dans le doute, je crée via ma banque une carte virtuelle à usage unique. Lors de la création du compte client, le site ne m'a pas envoyé d'email pour confirmer ce dernier. C'est louche. Au moment de payer, le site affiche un VAT de 0 ce qui est encore louche. Finalement, je reçois un colis avec le matelas neuf. Le document à l'intérieur du colis provient de "Outdoor39" au lieu de "Outdoor49" ce qui est aussi très très louche. J'avoue que je ne m'attendais pas à recevoir quoi que ce soit. Le site a besoin d'amélioration.

I ordered a sleeping mat from Outdoor49 because it was way cheaper compared to my usual go to's for outdoor gear. After not receiving updates on the shipping progress and being worried by the rewies here, I contacted them hand have to say that i was really pleasant. Quick reply, telling me that my package was already sent out and is waiting for me to pick it up at the DHL shop - and it was there.
Against many recent reviews, I have to say that except a missing shipping notification, my experinece was really good.

De bestelde trui werd netjes geleverd op tijd, een mail werd beantwoord door John Wick met daarin aangegeven wanneer de levering zou zijn, dit klopte precies

Prélevé deux fois pour mon achat. Très compliqué à contacter et aucune réponse, aucun remboursement.

This is a scam site, avoid. Give your money somewhere else. AI generated reply said my order was gonna ship after a week. Then nothing. Got some email from a human(?) that said the color of the tent was sold out. Been asking them to cancel and refund the order multiple times for more than a week. No more replies. It’s obvious they just try to stall the process and has no intention to deliver any goods.

Ordered a product and 5 days later I see it cancelled on their website. There isn’t a single phone number to call. It’s all web forms and on the first request I got an email back from “John Wick” stating that my package would ship in 4 days. 5 days later is cancelled. Now I’m trying to figure out how to get my money back.

It’s a scam! I ordered a Ski jacket, I’m receiving the same email for the last 3 weeks saying I will receive it the next 2 to 3 days. I paid using Apple Pay. Let’s see if I can get my money back. Don’t buy anything here

Nicht zu viel besprochen aber pünktlich gemacht.

It is a scam, i ordered a pair of snowboard pants about a month ago, when i ask them to give me a renfund they say that the product will be shipped in a week. Don't buy anything there. I'm going to complaint at the police

Bought a product and payment went through however after a while they claimed they didn't actually have it in stock, only got a a fraction of the cost reimbursed despite their mistake. Would recommend to avoid
