Dear Sirs,
I recently bought the "the last shot collection" for a present order nr 5018
Unfortunately the posters came ruined with pleats and once we put them in the frame you can still see the pleats/creases.
This is very annoying especially because it was supposed to be a present for a friend and I would never buy something like that.
Let me know if there is a chance to have it replaced or what.

I was really disappointed to see that…
I was really disappointed to see that the third print (messi 500) , the one for free in an order of 3 prints, was printed on a different paper. On that release it's really cheaper, the colours are not brilliant as the other two prints and it results wrinkled 'cause of the type of paper. If had known about the difference I would have paid it the full price, giving up the gift. The other two (the last shot and the king of clay are marvellous). That's a pity for me and my wall..

I got the 3-piece set of Jordan's shot in Utah. Design looks awesome and everyone comments on it. However, the paper felt a little flimsy. I was expecting some thing more significant like a heavier paper stock. You can't notice it when it's in the frame although sits a little wavy inside, but otherwise looks great. The edge was dinged up on the cardboard envelope upon deliver and unfortunately, it dinged prints as well. Was definitely the mail carrier's fault but customer service responded right away and fixed the problem.
