Same experience for me as others. My transaction is pending, I'm trying to get my bank to cancel it. I emailed ounwear asking them to cancel the order and instead they emailed saying it was dispatched and sent the fake tracking link. These people are scum.

Thought it was too good to be true. I stupidly ordered late at night when I thought it was legit. Luckily my transaction was pending so I cancelled my card. When I researched the site I realised it was a scam. Lesson learnt 🙂

My email contact for the company was costco at ounwear.com - Ooops it was a stupid gamble on my side!!! - Hoping they might just deliver on a rather too good priced product - just could not refuse the temptation - My mistake!

Anyway mistake made - Just don't make the same stupid mistake as me! For armed For warned !

It follows and tracks the delivery till its been delivered to your address - EH! Not delivered! - Well guess it is, just not me!!!

Maybe to someone local with a wrong name and address - just enough to look like its delivered to

After so called delivery -
THEY DO NOT ANSWER YOUR EMAILS

Last word - Your choice want to BE scammed go ahead!!
MAKE THEIR DAY - IT WONT BE YOURS!!

Don’t use this company. Ounwear is a scam

Waited 26 days for parcel to arrive. It states it has been delivered but it has not. No reply from customer services.

Well this clearly is a scam. Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. Tracking using the Chinese tracking states delivered but no delivery and no package. Contacted company who said they would investigate. Several emails sent and no reply. I will be taking this further.

I fell for this thinking it was genuine and let it go after my bank told me it was a genuine company. It's been well over a month now and haven't heard anything from them or had rhe package delivered but on tracking it says it has been. There's been no communication from them and it was a complete waste of money

Scam, ordered online, waiting 27 days for delivery, when emailing where is my order, tracking information changed to delivered 2 days ago and no any answer or contact all week

Package has not arrived after I emailed them asking the status of my parcel the tracking status conviently changed to parcel delivered when this is not the case. This is a SCAM they have took £85 of me and ran! I will be taking this further and won't let it go until I recieve my package or refund in full! I'd of given zero stars if it was allowed. Stay clear of the scammers don't waste your money.
