Awful!!! Said it had been delivered and I asked for a refund as it was not. They then ghosted me and now 3 months later I have still no response. DO NOT BUY FROM

Placed a order have been following the shipping, said it was out for delivery, not recieved, SCAM now have to call the bank to sort out,please please do not use this company

Ordered a crane hoist without checking reviews as it had a Lidl logo on it. Assumed it was okay! Waited 30 days watching tracking only for it to say delivered but nothing was delivered. They responded to my query saying they would check into it but nothing further. SCAM.

I ordered a Bose speaker over a month ago, I was told it was shipped and given a tracking reference, I followed it for 30 days, yesterday it said it was delivered to addressee but nothing arrived. A scam. The website looked like Costco but it was a scam. I knew once I had ordered it that it wasn't right.

I ordered a garden chair thinking since its Costco this would be legit company. I ordered this 17 days ago and have had zero correspondence since. I have emailed them 5 or 6 times requesting a refund if I do not have the item asap, looks like I was scammed like everyone else. I am going to contact my bank and see if there is any way to get the money back;

100% SCAMMERS with ridiculous, hilarious stories - hiding behind many scam sites as you can see below in the reviews, COSTCO, Fred Perry etc etc.

DO NOT give them any money. They will send a link for a full tracking service, the item even may say delivered and never arrive. After many emails, the pathetic story I received was the delivery driver had to sell my items at a low price in his warehouse as his relative was ill, and sent me a photo of a person on their death bed that the head of the logistics company apparently sent to them. I kid you not. Wanted me to just understand and leave it as legal 'proceedings would make his family suffer more'. Obviously went along with this pathetic story and said the logisitics company would be insured and can refund you and you can refund me. They then offered to resend my items - and then silence.

Has anyone received their items from this company. I ordered a dyson. I just thought it was cheap as it was a reconditioned one. But this was beginning of April an still not received they keep saying it's being expedited but now I thinking it won't ever arrive. Please don't order from them an make this mistake like I did.
