After many attempts to make right a customization, I suggested we not make the same mistake again. I was given credit for the item and used it to purchase a Spiritual Beaded Bracelet. This bracelet is very nice with a durable functioning clasp. I have other 8mm bracelets and this one base slightly larger beads that I like.
I was done after the first purchase that went wrong, but my faith is restored in the products and their customer service.

For years now, I’ve been wanting to get a bead bracelet. I’ve looked at a lot of different jewelry stores and online stores and haven’t been able to really find one that I liked. I was online doing some searching and came across this company Ottasilver. They had a very extensive inventory of different bead bracelets. I was wanting one with a deep blue color and found the lapis blue and blue tiger eye. I ended up getting the blue tiger eye, and I must say I’m very impressed with the quality of the bracelet. The item arrived meticulously packaged in a very presentable fashion. More than likely. I will buy another one because Quality is very good and for the price, I don’t think you can beat it.
