Ripped and damaged packaging on products inside the main box
Products look lovely but unfortunately the packaging inside the box with the actual products in were very damaged. Normally this wouldnt bother me but as they are christmas presents, this was really upsetting.

Amazing service
I ordered several products from Otavo for my daughter last week and the service was next to none! There was a product missing and I was privately messaged to rearrange my order and everything arrived the next day.
