Purchased shoes and belt which arrived beyond my expectations. Both are of excellent quality, very well packaged with attention to detail. Nice touch having each shoe in their own drawstring bag, along with a shoe shiner, shoe horn and alternative laces.

Really disappointed in the quality of…
Really disappointed in the quality of customer service. I contacted the designated info email over a week ago mentioning defects in the quality of the shoe and am yet to hear back.
The presentation of the package was lovely, but the shoes do not fit properly. One shoe feels tighter than the other (almost as if the other was previously on display) and there is stitching protruding on the same shoe.
Still hoping to hear back so this can be sorted!
