Ossett Brewery Recenzje 

To find Lucky Saint zero beer on draught at the Hop in Saltaire was great for those of us that were driving. What are the chances of extending this to all Ossett pubs?

The order arrived well within the forecast time of 3 to 5 working days which was excellent. The first part of the order contained 2 out of 3 boxes which wasn't a massive issue but it would have been helpful if the delivery notification had indicated that it contained only 2 out of the 3 boxes which would have saved me disturbing the brewery personnel to confirm that one was still in transit- which it was-and due for delivery the following day and it hadn't been left on the van by mistake.
The second part of the delivery contained the white rat "NITRO", two of these tins were damaged and although it didn't affect the flavour or quality of the contents, it definitely had an adverse affect on the "NITRO" system (whatever that is), because after pouring as per the guidance on the tin they were both flat and therefore disappointing. I suppose it's personal taste/preference, but I can't see what was wrong with the original White Rat without the NITRO gimmick. If it ain't broken don't try to fix it. Other than that the rest of the order is what you'd expect from Ossett -beer at it's best!

It took a week to be delivered sitting in a hot van. It seemed a bit old and flat.

Long time fan of Ossett Brewery beers. This time I decided to try the White Rat Nitro. Blimey, it's a beautiful creamy hop-bomb of a beer! Ossett make ordering easy with a well designed website. Delivery was prompt. Free delivery threshold is very high though.

Always deliver on time. The only time there was a mistake with the order, the customer service was fast, easy and put it right, no fuss!

I ordered a set of beers for my son's birthday and ordered them a week before the date, to be delivered straight to him, all good until I got an email telling me that it was being sent back to the sender. They need to change their delivery courier. I emailed them twice, no reply. Rang them and they said they would look into it. Apparently DPD only pick up twice a week! My son's birthday came and went, still no beers, he eventually got them 5 days after.
I don't think I will be using them again.

Initial order disappeared in Hinckley c/o DPD but a replacement was made promptly and arrived safely

First time collecting beer from ossett. Very helpful got what I ordered. As usual beer is excellent.

Easy online ordering, beer lives up to description & is excellent.
I wanted a west coast style IPA that dropped clear, not like orange juice. Ossett had 2! These are now go to summer beers for me.

CO2 White Rat is just better in my opinion

Great product, minimum spend of 130 is steep for the free delivery.

The parcel was delivered promptly but the contents are a gift.
