I had an issue with an online order and Sara sorted it out for me before I could blink. 10/10 Customer Service!

This was my first time submitting a claim under the Osprey All Mighty Guarantee (AMG), and I couldn't be more impressed. To be honest, I initially had a few doubts about how smooth the repair or replacement process would be, but Osprey exceeded all my expectations.

A huge thank you goes to Nay from the support team, who handled my request (AMGE0109199) with incredible professionalism, patience, and speed. Every piece of information was provided clearly, and as soon as the details were confirmed, my replacement pack was ordered immediately without any hassle.

The Kestrel is already my third product from Osprey, and seeing a company stand so strongly behind its products and guarantee makes me a customer for life. Fantastic service, seamless communication, and a truly customer-first approach.

Great quality item, value for money, and great after sales service.
I purchased a backpack from Osprey. Was pleased to note that the colour I selected had a 30% discount due to a sale.
After the order, I received an email advising me of the All Mighty Guarantee, which I think is 30 years!!
The order was supposed to include a free gift, which didn’t arrive. However, this might have been my fault by removing and re-adding the item to my online basket. However Sara in customer support was able to quickly resolve this with the minimum of fuss.
Excellent customer service. A pity Trustpilot only allows me to award 5 stars.

My Talon 33 was simply worn out after some long-distance hikes in the UK and the Alps. I was sorry to see it go - but thrilled when the Osprey team replaced it with a brand new model - same Talon 33! Wow, what customer service.

Life time repair service is fantastic. Buckle broke on my backpack and Osprey repaired it super quickly for free. As good as new. I'd buy Osprey again not only because of the excellent design and quality of their products but also for the peace of mind this guarantee offers. Top work!

I’ve owned various bags and water bladders from Osprey now and they are absolutely fantastic.

My Talon 33 after 7 years of use finally had the waterproofing start peeling off - I submitted a warranty claim and they took my bag to fix and decided to give me a brand new bag, after 7 years! For free!

They’ve also sent me a chest strap replacement before for free when I lost my previous one.

Their Almighty Lifetime Guarantee is honestly unmatched, highly recommended kit.

I ordered a backpack from Osprey a week ago. On 22 August, I received an email from DPD confirming they had received the order details, but they were still waiting for the parcel from Osprey.

Today is 29 August and absolutely nothing has changed. DPD is still waiting for the parcel, there has been no delivery, and no meaningful update from Osprey.

What makes this even worse is the complete lack of customer service. I have sent two emails asking what is happening and received no response whatsoever.

This is an incredibly poor experience for what is supposed to be a reputable brand. Taking an order is easy - actually dispatching it and communicating with the customer apparently isn’t.

Unless this is resolved immediately, I will be initiating a chargeback with my card provider next week.

It is remarkably easy to lose a customer, and Osprey has managed to do exactly that in just one week.. I certainly won’t be ordering directly from them again.

Had an issue with buckle that needed replacing, spoke to Nay who was able to resolve the issue and get the correct part delivered to me.

I have had great customer service from Nay at Osprey. I needed 2 bespoke extension straps made for an Osprey (modular) 55L backpack so it would be much easier to attach/detach the 15L backpack to the shoulder straps to the front. After using the enquiry form on the Osprey website (with photographs of my bag) explaining what I needed, they very quickly sent off the required parts.

Sent my pack back to Osprey for repair under lifetime guarantee. It got lost in Netherlands customs.
Nay, person at Osprey sorted it out and forwarded a replacement. My original pack had been all over the world in 8 years, a new one I did not expect, though the old has sentimental value.

I recently reached out to Osprey regarding an issue I needed help with, and I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Sara.
I am really glad Sara was the one who handled my request. She was incredibly polite, understanding, responsive, and efficient. Her replies were very quick, and she took the time to understand my situation and resolve the issue within just a few minutes.
It is not often that you come across customer service that is this attentive and genuinely helpful. Sara made the whole experience so easy and pleasant, and I really wanted to take the time to recognize her excellent service.

Nearly three months after returning a product, I am still waiting for a refund. At first, the company alleged that the product in question had not been received, despite the fact that the tracking information showed that it had been signed for. Then, after I had raised a credit dispute with my bank, the company promised that a refund would be issued within five working days – only, surprise, it was not. I have now raised my second credit dispute and am waiting to hear back from my bank.

Although I cannot comment on the quality of the products, I would highly advise against ordering from Osprey Europe unless you are as certain as can be that the item/s is/are one/s that you will keep, to spare you the same inconvenience that I am suffering.

One of the buckles on my Daylite Plus snapped, so I reached out to customer support. Within a day, Nay got back to me asking for a couple of extra details to make sure they'd send the right replacement parts. I sent those over, and not long after I got word that the part was ready and on its way to me.
Honestly, the speed and friendliness of the support team caught me off guard. That kind of service feels rare these days. It's exactly why I'll keep choosing Osprey the next time I'm in the market for a new pack.

I was stupid and ordered the wrong size of my backpack using a voucher. While entering the panic mode I also realised that I can't use the voucher again to just reorder the correct one. So panic mode level 2.

So I contacted the Osprey support and got Sara to help me. She was was like "chill bro, I got you". Long story short, she helped me out with everything and now I will have my backpack for my trip. I am very grateful for the awesome help. Best customer service, thank you Sara!!

Very high quality backpacks. I purchased one many years ago and had lots of use until it broke. I then claimed back on the All Mighty Guarantee and the staff were very helpful in organising a gift voucher for the replacement (since the original was out of production).
Sara was especially helpful via email.
I will continue with Osprey for a long time!

Jeg bestilte en ryggsekk herfra 23.juli. 10 dager senere hadde jeg ikke fått en eneste oppdatering om bestillingen min, så jeg kontaktet dem på mail og etterspurte info. Etter 8 dager hadde jeg enda ikke fått svar, så jeg sendte enda en mail. To dager etter dette fikk jeg svar:
«Thank you for your email.

Please accept my apologies, as it seems that your order did not go through correctly to our warehouse.

In this situation, I would be able to cancel the payment and refund you, or request for the order to be resend to you.»

Jeg valgte å kansellere og få refundert ordren, da jeg ikke ville risikere samme problem og lang leveringstid igjen, da jeg trenger ryggsekken til en reise.
Dagen etter fikk jeg svar:
«I have requested for the money to be released back in your account, and it should be with you within a couple of days.»
Jeg betalte med Klarna - betal senere, så jeg var spent på hvordan dette kom til å gå, siden jeg fikk svar «refundert tilbake til kontoen din»..

Det har nå gått 1 uke siden dette, og betalingen har enda ikke blitt fjernet fra Klarna… Dette er ikke Klarna sin feil, siden de alltid pleier å fjerne/oppdatere betaling nesten med én gang de har fått tilsendt info fra nettbutikken. Jeg har idag sendt dem enda en mail. Venter på svar.

I tillegg fant jeg ut etter bestilling at selv om jeg bestilte fra den norske nettsiden, så er det likevel Osprey Europe, som vil si at ordren blir sendt fra Europa og man må betale toll når pakken kommer til Norge.
