Having completed an online contact form and received an automated response stating that they would contact me shortly - no response received. Telephoned their office, whereby someone very cagely answered the phone for me to only be told that the solicitor was busy and could not take on any more enquiries. Needless to say I would definitely NOT recommend this company

We were told our sponsorship license was straight forward following several emails Ms Yee Han does not follow through what she says on the phone. Service has been slow and complicated throughout. Seems this firm is taking on case loads that they can no longer handle.. stay clear.

Osbourne Pinner Solicitors staff PINKY ONG YEE HAN has delivered a very poor quality of service and wasted my time of one complete day in preparing the correct client care letter rather supporting me in preparing the artefacts for my Global Talent application and made me dissatisfied with a recommendation of irrelevant artefacts (main and supporting evidences) They are now constantly refusing to return my money till date. I found they have used an abusing word in their last email (Letter attachment) and this shows that they have a very poor client engagement. So I kindly request all of you to not to choose Osbourne Pinner Solicitors service It is a fraudulent company

My Global talent application was dealt by Miss Ardra Pillai. I received my successful outcome today and I am really happy with her service. She advised me on the document collation and procedures very well that the whole process went around smoothly.
