I purchased a S900 dash cam, initially the camera would only power up manually. I contacted the support team and received a prompt and helpful response from Vivian. The fault couldn't be rectified and Vivian promptly arranged for a replacement which arrived the following day. The replacement worked with no problems.
The camera was easy to fit, the only challenge I had was securing the rear camera to the bodywork but I managed after a couple of attempts! The quality of the video is superb. The price was reasonable.
I've no hesitation in recommending this dash cam.

I had a faulty camera which I purchased from an online store. I couldn't get any assistance from them so I contacted Orskey. The member of staff was called Vivian, I explained my predicament to Vivian and received a new camera the next day. The customer support at Orskey is outstanding. Keep up the good work and thanks again for your help Vivian.

Dashcam ourchase. I purchased a dash cam from them. Super easy to install and set up and very easy to use and understand. Was delivered within days. All in all I am very happy with the product and with the service provided in a very easy sales priocess.

Received the dash cam as a Christmas gift , had it installed . Very neat and compact easy to use . It’s the first dash cam I have had and I am impressed. Good quality a good price . Definitely worth getting one .

Just received the orskey dash cam S680 as a gift for Xmas,a great bit of kit very compact and straight forward to use (excellent).

I've just been given an Orskey 680 dash cam as an Xmas gift & love the compactness if it. Doesn't obstruct my driving view at all. So easy to set up & use. Wish I'd had it before now as I've had a recent traffic incident which cost me £155 in towing & tyre replacement to my car through no fault on mine.

Have dashcam 2 months. Brilliant piece of kit. Very easy to install will be recommending to people.

Had dashcam for 10 months, cigar lighter connector became temperamental then hardly worked at all. Tried in different cars but same problem. Contacted Orskey and they sent me a replacement straight away! That's customer service!

Very similar to Steve Heywood, I also had the suction cup break when moving the camera to another car. I emailed Osrkey to report this and, within 2 weeks, I have a new and, to my great delight, an even more sophisticated suction cup mount for my dash camera. This is a brilliant customer service effort by Orskey. I cannot praise them high enough for their caring attitude.

This dashcam is a very good product, but when I come to remove the dashcam to put on another car I broke the mounting suction bracket . I informed orskey and asked for a price for a new part. and right away they said they would replace it for no cost.This is very good jesture as I have had the dashcam for over 12 months.

I purchased an Orskey S800 dash cam in early 2021. I found it easy to install and fairly easy to set up. The setup instructions could be a little clearer, but after a little trial and error, it became clear how to set it up. I purchase a 32GB SD card and the camera worked very well for about a year. After a little troubleshooting, I realized that the SD card had expired due to so many rewrites. I kept forgetting to unplug the power from the unit when I was not driving so the camera kept recording the inside of my garage. I purchase a new 32GB SD card and the camera would only work for four or five hours and then I would get an error message that said the SD card was full. I reformatted it and the same thing happened, so I contacted Orskey customer service. After they verified a few things, they suggested that my new SD card was most likely defective and they sent to me a new SD card at no cost. After installing the new SD card, the camera is working fine again. I truly appreciate the Orskey customer service and their quick response to my issue!

Really pleased with my purchase of dash cam. Great quality for a great price. I could quite follow formatting of sd card but their customer service was brilliant and really helpful.
Once all up and running the video quality is really good

As a 74 year old non electrical person I originally asked my local garage to fit the camera. They said they would but never seemed to ask me to bring it in. So on Sunday I decided to do it myself. I was worried about moving trim inside the car but it was all easy. Even managed to find the reversing light red connection. Good piece of kit and if I can do it anyone can.

My first actual dash cam that is so friendly to use, easy to fit and such a fantastic little gadget. I was so impressed by this that two of my family went on to change theirs to Orsky.
