My belt arrived yesterday and WOW it exceeded my expectations! The smell the thickness and quality of the leather and workmanship is world class. Made in Scotland by a team that clearly don't take short cuts. As they say it's a belt not that you wear it's a belt that you live in. Guaranteed for life as well. I wish Orraman Leather all the success- they deserve it.

Fantastic service I needed the belt for a birthday gift but had left it a bit late to order. I knew the lead time was two weeks but I explained my problem and my son’s belt was delivered today. He loves it amazing quality, perfect size using orramans guide. Will definitely be buying again.

Another great purchase of a fantastic quality product, pleased with my Outback belt, and the walnut colour is amazing and will get better looking through ageing and wear.

Ordering: I ordered a custom variant of one of their wallets, and it was pretty simple to do. Just sent them an email, and they sent me through the steps of how to go about ordering.
Communication: They were quick to reply in the beginning, even sent me an unprompted follow up email a couple of weeks after I ordered. As time progressed, communication worsened. Responses became delayed, and questions were ignored.
Build time: According to their website, turn around times are usually about 2 weeks. I've ordered custom wallets from busy places before, and most are saying 4-6 weeks, so i was prepared to be patient. Not including shipping time, my order was close to 3 months. I understand that things can happen and delays are natural, and Orraman has only 1 man making wallets. Unfortunately they refused to give me a rough estimate, while I waited week after week.
The Wallet: It's beautiful, and exactly how i had ordered it. The hand stitching is excellent, minus 1 end stitch on the exterior. The melted end thread did not adhere to the wallet, and was sticking up sharply, which i fixed myself. The interior is gorgeous, and exactly what I had envisioned. My only gripe with the wallet itself is that my exterior billfold contains a rather nasty scar in the hide, and it runs the length of the spine. It isn't visually unappealing but very noticeable in the hand. The scarred leather is noticeably thin and feels like a future failure point in the leather. Only time will tell though.
The 4 stars I have given to this review are for the wallet only, as in the end, that is really what matters. I'm a fan of it, but it does show signs of being rushed. The sides are a bit uneven, edges were improperly shaved, and it needed more time being beveled. I know Orraman is mostly a 1 man show, and from what I have seen he does very good work. Unfortunately my personal experience was a bit of a mixed bag.

I had been watching Orraman Leather on social media for a while and was intrigued by their products. I finally decided to order one of their belts not really knowing what to expect. I opted for the camouflage one with added gold foil. It arrived quickly for an item that is handmade. I have to say that I was totally impressed by the quality of the belt, it’s fantastic. It fits perfectly and is really nice on. The packaging was also top notch as was the added branding (leather coaster included). I now have my eye on one of their satchels and will definitely be ordering from them again!

So, we all get hit by many ads on FB, it’s the way of the world today it seems. Having wasted money on belts in the past I thought I’d give these guys a go. It’s fair to say the discount meant the belt cost similar to ones I have purchased from the likes of Levi’s. It arrived, well packaged and only after a slight delay which is more than acceptable for a made to order item. I have to say I was that impressed with my first purchase that when they offered another discount via email I purchased my second belt. They are very well made and are of super high quality. The hardware is high quality and the thickness of the leather really makes a difference for wearability. I’ve seen people complaining about lack of communication, I’ve seen the opposite. People need to take into account them being a small independent business that care about what they do and how they do it and they are busy which is a huge positive. I am happy to recommend these guys.

belt was great, service needs improved though as i had to chase for an update and it would have been better had i received updates as it took approx 4 weeks for the belt to arrive from when i ordered.

I got a wallet for my partner and he loves it! The quality is exceptional, great attention to detail. The package took approx. 3weeks to arrive, but their communication on social media was good. They also gifted us some goodies, greatly appreciated.

I ordered them very close to the date of the 21st birthday for my friends eldest son. I didn’t think there was any way that the team would be able to turn this around in the time given. I was astounded to receive the items two days before required.

The packaging was very good quality, so much so that all I had to do was wrap it.

The items I ordered were just outstanding in look and quality. I didn’t think that there was any way that the wallet in particular would be ready in time given I chose the custom Tartan option to match the kilt he was getting for his 21st.

Similarly, the belt looks and feels great. You can tell it’s a quality product.

I ordered a blackout belt after looking at many other companies products and Orraman came up on my FB page. After a few days I got a little sceptical of whether it was a scam ( these days you do not know, as I never heard anything!).
After roughly 2 weeks my belt turned up and is exceptional in everything and if looked after will last a lifetime.
In a lot of things now, you get what you pay for and OrramanLeather is one of them.
I have since ordered another belt and am awaiting delivery.
Small companies in the uk deserve more recognition than what they get.

When I received the belt I was impressed by the quality of the build and construction. The leather looked good, and needs breaking in. I had a compliment on it the first time I wore it. The build quality feels like it will last generations.
