I bought a few belts about 3 or 4 months ago and thought I’d wait to write the review. I think the delivery was a little longer than expected but think the team were busy upgrading the workshop or something so acceptable reason.
A few months down the line, the belts are excellent quality and absolutely beautiful. I think I may have made a mistake with one of the buckles but not a major issue so didn’t bother going back to them.
These belts have been well made and you can tell they will last for years.

Okay, should have been five stars! The quality, when you do receive your order, is phenomenal. Sadly, I hadn't heard anything from them about expected time for delivery, so I chased them up, and got no reply to my email.
I know you're a small company offering outstanding products BUT if you don't communicate with people, even a standard reply email to say that 'your order may take 4-6 weeks from date of order to date of delivery, we will contact you with a shipping number when your order is completed' at least tells people how long they may wait? Maybe something to learn from, otherwise a clear 5 stars!!

Ordered a wallet back on Sep 17, site states its a 30 day leadtime. November comes around, nothing. I sent an email in with a response that the order was forgotten and will be expedited to ship that week. A very nice email btw. Anyhow, its December tomorrow, no shipment, no response, no nothing. I requested a refund in my initial email, but I dont think that will happen. Just kind of lost here, so I told them to keep the money since I was tired of having to track this order. Its too bad because I love supporting small business.....but its these activities that prevent then from ever scaling and keeps the big buys BIG. Good luck guys, I hope others dont experience what I have.

The belt and wallet are first class. Well worth the money. I will definitely be buying more products and highly recommend them.

Very efficient service.

One area for improvement would be on the communication to the customer. With custom, hand-made products there are times when the lead time is extended out further than normal. Communicating that the product is still in manufacturing but behind schedule would go a long way. Case in point - I ordered my product 2 months ago and I still do not have it in hand. It wasn't until I reached out to the manufacturer that I learned it was still in process. Had Orraman been proactive about what was going on, it would have eased my worry about whether I was actually going to receive it or if I was scammed. All that being said, I can't wait to finally receive and start using it!

Incredibly poor service. Paid significant money for a wallet and still 8 weeks later no delivery and no ability to track package.

Contacted Orramanleather several times via email with no outcome or real explanation, and still no indication on delivery date.

Belt leather is good quality. Should provide more information on what hand stitched belt loop means, as i expected something far more superior than 3 stitches not seen. £18 for this, save your money and give it a miss.

I purchased a black Chief belt and was so impressed with the quality and service that I then bought a Frontier.
It says everything about this small business that I purchased again within a month.
The belts are beautiful and well made. I opted for a silver foil decoration, but would give this a miss when I buy another.

So wasnt sure about ordering from Orraman, as it popped up on my Facebook and sometimes the adverts/ products can be a little hit and miss. I gave it a shot and I ordered one of their black belts with silver trim. I had a small hiccup with the order once it arrived and contacted them straight away. They couldn't have been more amenable with me, and they went out of their way to fix my issue. Genuinley amazing customer service, add to that I got an absolutely beautiful belt. Really worth the money and way better than my expectations. Keep doing what your doing lads, ill be buying again. Customer for life.

Quality of this belt is next level and way above what you get on the high street. Beautiful leather and hardware and will last a lifetime

I contact the team regarding a specific customisation option. They responded promptly and made it clear what they could do. I went on to order two belts and they are simply brilliant. I liked them that much I went back and ordered two more. First class service and first class products.

The card wallet is much better than plastic or metal alternatives as its corners don't wear away you're pockets - loved mine so much I bought another as a present

Ordered a limited edition Blue Tiger Camo belt. Unfortunately, it was out of stock. Stefy contacted me and apologised. I ordered a black belt instead. Good a few goodies chucked in as well. Belt arrived quickly and I have to say is great, really good quality and looks like it will last a long time.

Nice belt but is it worth £100? I'm not sure. I also paid for the personalisation but its very faint, not at all like the visual representation on the web page. The delivery time was over 2 week which I think is excessive and if this is standard delivery time I think it should be stated upon checkout.

Quality made leather belt and wallet ,will use again in future
