DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM weeks for delivery and still not received ask for refund to constantly be ignored!

The item is being shipped from China. Despite the website indicating “fastdelivery” shipped via “Royal Mail” within 48 hours I received tracking information for “Yuntracking”. I am still waiting for my order…. Ordered 05/06/2026 still not received on 16/06/2026. Next to no customer service assistance and no movement on the tracking information either…

You ask for a review and the product hasn’t arrived! I’ve e mailed asking for info about product or give me a refund, no response but asking for a review, really?!!!!

I can’t believe you have the brass neck to ask how I am enjoying my recent purchase and then ask for a review! I am still waiting for it! The tracking took 8 days to move and has been stuck on the 8th of June since. When it eventually arrives I will let you know but having just read most of the reviews my expectations are low,

Order never arrived.

I really wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company. I had ordered a suit for my son's prom and haven't even received it as of yet. Unfortunately, the event has now passed. I had Contacted the company, they said there's an issue with their courier but couldn't update me when the item would be received. Good one 👍

Would be zero stars if I could paid good money for a suit from them ordered it 4 weeks ago not even had a notification to say it’s been dispatched yet. I emailed them to get a reply saying their courier service is currently down. Asked for a refunds and to cancel my order seeing as it hasn’t been dispatched now being ignored

Order hasnt arrived yet! Very disappointed. I keep receiving emails to rate my order (since I must be enjoying it so much!) and I keep replying that I havent yet received it. Nobody home

I haven’t received my jeans yet but had an email asking if I like my order when I try to get in touch through email it bounces back

Can’t understand why I keep getting emails to ask how my order is? If it fits well etc?

The company does not declare that they ship from China and infer that they use Royal Mail to post the order. It’s been 12 days since my order and the tracking app still shows “label created”. Whatever that means. I have written to the company for an update but after reading reviews I don’t hold out much hope for a reply and guess I will be approaching my credit card company for a charge back due to non receipt of goods.

Please don’t buy from this company unless you want to receive damaged clothing items and then be expected to pay for the return of them. Don’t waste your money and time.

Ordered by mistake and paid. Sent then an e-mail requesting them to cancel and refund. Sorted within days and money back jn my account

Unfortunately I can’t give this company 0 stars. The item has not turned up. I wish I had read the reviews. It’s unclear to me if this is a scam or not. I’ll be contacting my credit card company.

Had no update for 8 days and all of a sudden, my parcel is in China…. Wish I read the reviews now I’m out of pocket and will likely never get a refund and will have to buy a suit and shirt at short notice

I'd give this no stars if I could! The material of my item was terrible and when I asked for more details on how to return my item, I was told I wouldn't get all my money back and no return label would be available, absolutely disgusting. It would probably cost me more to return it! Will never order from here again and would certainly not be recommending to anybody I know!

Please please avoid this company like the plague real issue with receipt of order Evri said they didn’t have order Orizelle said they did I felt I had no option to order from different supplier suit eventually arrived poor quality I asked for return label but was told they don’t do return labels and offered a 20% refund!

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The sizing is completely wrong and does not match the measurements advertised on the website. The item I received was much smaller than expected.

The quality is also very poor. The material feels cheap and looks nothing like the photos shown online. It is definitely not worth the money.

I paid £40 for this item and contacted the company by email to arrange a return, but returning the product seems impossible. Customer service has been unhelpful and I still have not been able to get a proper solution.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Very poor quality, misleading sizing, and terrible return service.★☆☆☆☆

Jumpsuit arrived and was poor quality material .. looked nothing like the picture then I see the same one on Temu for less than half the price … and it’s not from US it’s from China
