I was charged £29.99 for a "subscription" I'd never agreed to. I've no idea how they got my details or what I'd supposedly subscribed to. Fortunately my bank refunded my money but I think this company should be investigated for fraud.

Dirty thieving scum. Stole money from my bank account without my knowledge. I have had to replace my debit card and fight to get my money refunded. Set up a monthly payment scheme without my knowledge and stole money from my account.
They are going to pay heavily for doing this. Looking forward to meeting up with the director soon. Oh yes!

Like many others I have been scammed,I was trying to download a parking app at a hospital car car park,I have emailed numerous times telling them that I do not want a subscription but again this morning they have tried to take another payment of £29.99.
They must have access to my Apple wallet as my bank changed my card details after I reported this this the first time it happened, they have tried 6 times to take payment,why are Apple letting this happen 😡😡

I ‘am a 73-year-old man and reside in Edmonton Alberta.
The reason I'm writing this article is because.
The company withdrew $49,99 from my personal Debit bank account without my consent.
I'm curious how to get my card number.
If anyone knows how to make sure my bank account is secure and I can't withdraw it again,
Please let me know.
$49.99 is a lot of money for me,

I thought I was joining a googleplay site. I then realised it was a video steraming site. I followed the welcome email link to cancel within the 7 days. Cancelled no problem.

Used a carpark in Manchester and scanned the QR code a 50p payment was taken from my credit card and refunded straight away. The QR code then took me to the Original plus website, it was the data of films which led me to suspect this was a scam. Tesco bank sent me a fraudulent text and put a block on my card. I have phoned Tesco since and they advised me to contact Originalplus.co via email asking me to cancel subscriptions and asked them to stop any future payments. My advice is to double check your junk folder as the email from Orignalplus as it allows you to actively cancel your 'free trail' and remove your payment option. There is also a contact email on this site, at least you can prove you have attempted to stop any future payments from being taken as Tesco politely told me this isn't actually quite fraud because I scanned the QR code in the first place.

I had to put 1 star as no option for 0 stars, basically i tried to pay for parking, put my bank details in and thought this was all i paid for 50p i think it was for half an hour, this company then somehow got my bank detials and took out 29.99 per month for two months until i realised for a subscription for god know what as i never received any benefit from it.. they had sent me an email regarding signing up to a subscription but it had gone in my junk folder as recognised the email as spam! I contacted my bank to cancel my card and awaiting a new card and the bank cancelled anymore payments going out to this company but they dont think i can claim my money back as there was small print writing on the email they sent me.. what a scam and im 60 quid lighter and had the hassle of cancelling and replacing my card!!

This scam is through the ring go parking app which I tried to use last week and now they have taken 29.99 from my bank. I have reported this to my bank First Direct and they said they can't do anything as Original plus have everything covered in the small print and you inadvertently sign up to something for a monthly subscription of £29.99. This is scandalous and I am sure if the banks know all about it as my bank did then they should contact you.

Can only describe this company as a scam . Trying to apply for a Tesco club card.
I gave no card details. Where did they get them????
2 hours later they had taken 50 pence from my account . Rang card management who said to watch to see if they took any more which so far they haven’t . Thanks to Trust Pilot I found their contact number . I emailed them and they say they have have cancelled my subscription. . We’ll see .

0/5 stars Just been scammed. Informed by Halifax bank fraud dept that they are getting loads coming in with this company in the last 2days. We asked how are they getting our bank details when we have not supplied them or heard of them, answer, 'Google' Any products bought via Google. The details are from your card and not the bank, so, its the three numbers on the back. Lucky for us we have a bank app that tells us when a payment/debit has come through. Bank cancelled and refunded and a new card in the post. Maybe this information should go on social media for people to be aware.

This company are scammers. Somehow they have attached a pop up to apps so that when you try to download the app it tricks you into putting you details in as you think it’s for the app.
Beware, I was charged £29.99 a week later having no correspondence from them until this point.

I was trying to download an app and I must of clicked an advert, and thought I was dealing with the app wanting a .50p verification, and then refund me. Nothing about a subscription or anything..

Today had some notification saying they are taking £29.99 I called my bank FRAUD department, and they have cancelled the pending payment , blocked my card, and sending a new one. Seriously sneaky business....

I never knew what happened... I literally thought the app just didn't download... so tried again. Little did I know I had been scammed on my first attempt. I wonder how these ads can float around where you are meant to press for the real app, trick people into subscriptions that you literally are not aware of AT ALL.

Original Plus is Blue Forge Media Ltd, company number 7856810 and has 1 Director, Vazquez Liston, Marie Jesus who is Spanish. It legitimately uses the "small print" to charge £29-99 per month after a 7 day free trial. It traps you into believing your phone can be used as a valid credit/debit card. My bank warned me before I could be scammed and has blocked Original Plus. BEWARE!!

These people are the scum of the earth. Scamming, robbing cnuts. If i don't get my money back, then this bit I cannot say. But there will be payback.

Same thing has happened to me. Tried to download a parking app last week and just received an email from original plus saying they have taken £29.99 from my account and it’s set up to be paid every month. Spoke to HSBC who said as it’s still pending l have to wait until it’s been taken out of the account and call them back and they will block them from taking any further payments. Don’t know if I will get the original payment back.

I have only put 1 star, as your cant write a review, without rating.....it a big fat 0 stars, for these scammers. As with all the reviewers, below, we had £29.99 taken, illegally from our account yesterday. We did not sign up to any subcription and did not give our bank details, away. Got scammed out of £29.99, but reported it quickly and got a refund from Halifax plc. Absolute grifters!
