Customer Service was extremely helpful and understanding. They listened to my issue and request for a refund and provided me with a fair solution. In the future I will be calling customer service as now I belive that they would help me solve any issue.

Fraudsters. I thought this was a Delta number and I wanted to change my itineary. Their MO is to convince me that my flight did not go through because I did not book properly, try to book the flight themselves and wanted to charge me 278.35 dollars extra. I almost went along with it until I got an email to confirm the charges and I realized that they were not Delta at all and were a fraud company. This impersonation is CRIMINAL and I had to lock all my accounts afterwards.

I had my flight canceled with another company and they only had another flight late in the night as I had two children with me I decided to buy a ticket through united when I bought it online I put the correct date which was on the same day but when I finished that I went to take the plane the date was incorrect so i couldnt to take the flight the united employee told me to call to cancel and have a refund and she said if call before24 hours I would have free cancellation but when I called around 30 minutes after I bought the tickets they charged me 150 dollars more than the value of a ticket when I canceled and I don't think it's fair because I canceled it at the same time. So I had to stay at the airport with two children until late at night because with the money I had I bought these tickets. When I called, they answered very well and at the airport too

These people are criminals. They presented themselves as United Airlines and charged my husband a $125 change fee, told him they canceled his flight. They had done nothing except taking our money.
