So far so good. I can say our daughter’s eczema has cleared which is a huge plus. Happy to have switched to a formula that doesn’t have all the junk in it like American formula.

Great customer service!! They have an option where you can text their team and ask questions about your order - such a value add!! My order was stuck in customs, I texted w their team and they immediately ordered a replacement which I received very quickly. I trust this company with something as important as what I’m feeding my baby, 10/10 recommend!

I've never come across a company with such a level of service. I am not one to leave a review, but these people deserve it. Their support team will go out of their way to help. As a new mom, I have had an infinite amount of questions and requests, and every single time they answer kindly, politely and professionally. Even explaining to me step by step how to make the formula or discussing ingredients one by one with full and absolute patience.

I feel very sorry to know they are treated so badly by some parents, I complimented their kindness and they took the time to thank me in such an effusive and wholesome way, which could just tell me how unkind some people are to them.
