Well worth the wait
Good, respectful customer service (were out of it but asked me if i could wait for it to come from their Australian facility or if i preferred a refund). i'm glad i waited, since that carob powder was one of the best i've tasted, lightly roasted, interestingly sweet and finely granular. 5 pounds: i'll be back next year, possibly much earlier ;-)

Quick shipping
Quick shipping from an alternate location when the goods I ordered weren't available from the Cdn location; much appreciated!

Great shop!!!
Really good experience! The staff is really nice as well, loved the hair oils and soaps and spices. The shop it self is a really cozy shop in my opinion, overall was a great experience and will come back!

Did not receive order
Did not receive order. Company unresponsive to my queries, both through the website and via email. Will need to initiate a chargeback to get my money back. Needless to say, I am more than disappointed.
