I will continue to order from them because of on time delivery and also their prices are reasonable and products are real. Costumer service always been helpful.

Normally ordering is fair. I've order a particular brand on more than one occasion. The order in Jan was never sent. And after a lengthy wait, because it was listed as waiting & never rcvd, I was issued a refund. This recent order of mostly the same items contained old products. Unfortunately, upon initial inspections all items looked good. But when I actually opened the product in the beginning of Oct. I noticed 2 bottles contained product that was turning brown. Both bottles were of a hydroquinone product and once it turns brown it's lost its strength or use. The 1 bottle was hard and had dk brown residue. (Not past expiration yet) I did send an email hoping to get a replacement for unusable product. But as of yet, I've gotten no response. For the most part I think their prices are good and I like that they have a variety of products. But customer service can be improved on.

My item came broken and busted up. I need a replacement please. I wasn't going to mention it. But, I think it's the right thing to fo.

Order will never actually show up. Sent numerous emails over a two week period. Received repeated excuses; mailbox is full (which it wasn't), mailbox is too small, order has already been delivered (they wanted be to drive and then wait in line at the post office). Would not have the carrier drop it at the door like other packages. Then they said they sent it by USPS but the carrier didn't feel safe delivering my package. My neighborhood is safe. Would never order from here again.

All products arrived safely with no damage and were carefully packed. All products ordered were as advertised and arrived quickly.

When I opened my package both of my Idole carrot cream protection sealed was open. I paid for urgent shipping extra money to see my package tampered. Very unhappy on my experience but I do love the soap bars.
