They display enticing images of healthy and mature plants on their website to lure customers, but upon ordering, we receive nearly dead plants. Their packaging methods are worst, and there is no guarantee of receiving a product of decent quality. I ordered a "Heart of Strings" plant based on their glossy images, only to receive a dead piece of plant in poor packaging. I strongly discourage any plant enthusiasts from using this website, and advise you to stay away from orchidzone.in

They not attend any calls after you sent any complaints... Totally utter waste products... I was ordered Christmas cactus, but they sent some hanging plants.... These plants are in very bad conditions and completely dry.... After received the product if u make a call they are not attending your calls and not replying in whatsApp too....

I ordered 4 plants and two of them were in bad condition. Because of Bad packaging one of the plant roots were dry and another one was rotting. Tried multiple times to connect but no response. They say on their website that you can return if damaged but they will never pickup the phone or reply on whatsapp. May be because I was not registered on their website and I cannot give a review so they must not care. You will see all good reviews on their webpage. I paid around rs 300- rs 500 for each plant and this is the service they offer.

This site is a fraud one please don't buy from them as I received dry and dead plants then I tried to contact them but there is no response. There packaging is very very poor if you buy from them you will going to waste your hard earned money, they don't bother about any of your queries some one has to lodge complaint against this site. If you write review against them they will block you from their fb page it's my personal experience so don't buy.

I am still waiting for my refund of almost Rs.12000/- almost a month and a week after their website supposedly malfunctioned. They keep sending meaningless messages from a person called Biswajit but they're is no action being taken to either refund the money or rectify the situation. Recommend to never order anything from here.

I placed 2 orders on 2 consecutive days but both were canceled by the company citing technical issue as the reason. If this is the way it responds to customers then why is it advertising itself. Hopefully I will get a refund soon though not very hopeful

Furthermore, the plants themselves were a far cry from what was advertised on the website. Instead of receiving healthy and thriving specimens, I received mere single strands of each plant, barely measuring 2-3 inches in length. The images on the website showcased lush and well-established plants, but the reality was quite the opposite.
I understand that young plants may be smaller, but this level of underwhelming quality was beyond my expectations. It felt like a complete disregard for the customer's satisfaction and a deceptive representation of the products.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against ordering any plants from orchidzone.in. The poor packaging and subpar quality of the plants reflect a lack of care and professionalism from the company. I regret my decision to trust this website and have learned a valuable lesson. I will certainly be more cautious when purchasing plants online in the future.
