Steve did an excellent job helping me book a last minute ticket for my daughter. He found the best deal available and was quick to secure the seat for us. He was knowledgeable and quick on his end.

Agent was very helpful and patient

I had a negative experience when trying to access previously earned travel credits on the jetblue website and was able to have everything solved thanks to Sabrina.

Not only did Sabrina explain everything, she also took the time to make a new booking, and got all the details right (names, dates, etc.)

I was also happy to get a call-back from another agent later on to make sure I was satisfied with the changes.

SCAM! Do not use this company!

Every one of these positive reviews are FAKE! This company is a scam. They put phone numbers out on the internet that say they are for the actual airlines' call centers, but they are NOT! They will answer as if they are the airline, and then charge you a fee for changing or canceling a flight, but they don't do ANYTHING and your money will be lost. I had to dispute this with my credit card, and it took months to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS!
