Professional, reassuring assistance.

My experience was exceptionally positive with ORBTickets. I am in Trinidad and Tobago. My mother is in Fort Lauderdale. With Katherine's very professional help, I was able to book a confirmed flight for her to depart in the next twenty four hours. Maira was a great help! She helped us through a challenging time when we were informed that our flight was canceled and that we were bring charged a fee. She took the time to speak to management and help us get fees waived, which we truly appreciate.
