I spoke with Hannah. She was FABULOUS to work with, a pure pleasure: very professional, helpful, a clear answer for every question. I wish I had someone like that at every company I deal with.

Long story short:
- Booked a United flight through Expedia
- Needed to cancel the day of the flight
- Googled "Expedia number to talk directly to agent", big mistake
- Got 860-516-6314 (DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER)
- They had my United flight canceled and I received United flight credits to be used for another flight, that part was legit
- I was charged $175 for this, that part was not legit
- The e-mail correspondence and confirmation bill was from an ORBTickets e-mail address, not Expedia as expected
- That's a red flag, called United directly
- The United rep said that they would've canceled my flight and given me flight credits with no additional charge
- Called Expedia directly
- The Expedia rep said that they would've had my flight canceled and I would have received flight credits with no additional charge
- The Expedia rep said he never heard of ORBTickets and they are not associated with ORBTickets whatsoever
- Called ORBTickets back to call them out
- They said that they would reduce my fee from $175 to $135, but I would lose my flight credit. This made no sense, seemed like a lame threat
- Disputing now with my credit card company, also getting a new card
- DO NOT TRUST!!

Omar was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. He corrected my issue with my booking in timely manner. He provided me with detail steps & assured that I would receive same hotel and same price. His voice was calming in this stressful event.i would consider Omar as my official rep to book my future trips.

Your agent ("Katherine") was friendly and very helpful (and infinitely patient) in fielding my request for help in securing a ticket (with Delta) for an emergency flight for a third party to be paid for via my credit card -- all on a moment's notice for a same-day flight.

Katherine was the only person who could help me. I have made two previous calls to Expedia and one to ITA Airways. No one could help. She knew how to fix the problem and did it quickly and efficiently. This was very much appreciated. As a former Customer Service Rep, I recognize when people know what they are doing and how to handle problems. She nailed it.

I do not know who is writing all the positive reviews but I can tell you without a doubt that ORB tickets are scammers. When you google " how to talk to a real person at (any number of airlines..pick one ORB has paid google to place the ORB phone number when googling the airlines). They will lie to you and tell you that they actually represent that airline when all they are doing is getting your credit card number to charge. I lost $270 to this fraudulent scheme. Be very careful when googling information on airlines phone numbers. Make sure you use the number on the airline web-site and make sure that is the actual airline web-site. ORB has also set up sites to look like airline sites.

My agent, Ramsey, was very professional, patient, knowledgeable kind and helpful! I could not have asked for a better customer service representative to assist me. He represented your company well and made it enjoyable to do business. He assisted me above and beyond what I expected.

Ramsey was the most helpful person I could have asked for. I have no experience with travel arrangements and was not even going to book this trip when I went online. Ramsey answered every question I asked and made it so simple for me. From now on, I will book this exact way and cannot thank Ramsey enough for being so patient and informative. Please note that he is an amazing example of spectacular customer service. Thank you again
