2 months for shipping , I had to contact the client service 24 times , they responded after 2 days and not always . Once I received the article that I order ( 2 months after ) they sent another one which I didn’t buy . As i want to be honest , I contacted the company again because i wanted them to know that they made a mistake they said that they will contact me with a return label . After 3 months for that email I haven’t got any label neither a mail . They’ve shown to me that they do not care about customers at all neither their own products . Now I have 230 € worth of their inventory and I don’t know what to do with it . PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID . DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM THEM , IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO. THE ORDER YOU WILL SPENT HOURS TRYING TO TALK WITH THEM . I AM SERIOUS

Very poor avoid IMO. Delivery took weeks to arrive and when it finally did there was a large import bill because it shipped from Europe.
Orbitkey these issues are completely in your control. (i) Choose a courier that is reliable and ships in good time (ii) if you are selling to the UK set up the required entity so your customers don't get unexpected customs bills (it added over 50% to my total cost) or warn UK customers during the order process.

Jeg har købt 6 keyfindere til husstanden. Det er lykkedes mig at forbinde dem til telefonerne og få sat navne på de enkelte enheder. Et trick er at logge ud og ind af appen, hvis der er problemer med det. Jeg er fortsat i tvivl om produktet er tilstrækkeligt godt til at holde forbindelsen mellem enheden og appen. Jeg har oplevet, at jeg kun kunne oprette forbindelsen til en enhed hvis jeg fandt enheden frem, trykkede på knappen førend appen kunne registrere enheden. Det duer jo ikke, hvis en nøgle bliver væk. Jeg afprøver og tester fortsat produktet

The item never arrived from Orbitkey. They refused to send out another item and decided to process a refund without agreement. They aren't interested in selling a product or making sure customers are happy. They are interested in playing games with customers and do not intend on meeting their contractual obligations. I would recommend buying a different product from a different company.

The item arrived ok however on trying to attach the keys using the extender it took ages. It doesn’t save any space really and was awkward to use. On its first outing the whole thing came apart, luckily they were in my Husbands pocket. Note to self don’t assume good service in getting a refund. I was told to send back at my own cost and then they may refund me! Really disappointed especially with it been a gift. I think it’s really only suitable if you have perfect shaped Yale keys and no car! Wouldn’t ever buy from them again.

Ordered from their .eu website for delivery to UK. Delivery was a little bit slower than I would've expected however there were no issues receiving my goods.
I was expecting import duties, etc as that is what the media here have been saying over here but obviously Orbitkey have got their warehouse in order and my goods were received without any issues or extra payments. Fantastic. Products are great too. Bought a large Desk Mat. I love it.

I have not purchased a few items from Orbitkey and have to say they are amazing. The quality is brilliant and they look great. The only reason they don’t get a 5 star review is because it does take quite a while for delivery but they do give you a way to track it.

I will most likely purchase from them again when they release new products.

I placed an order on June 19th and I haven't received the order yet. I informed Orbit customer center and they answered that they couldn't do anything since they use third party logistics companies, and they have very limited control over the deliveries. To shump up, you can only wait. If they haven't signed a low cost forwarder the order will probably arrive to destination. Very disappointed to be honest.

Looks great but the keys fall out and its not convenient. Some idiot designer made it.

Ordered a keyring and 8 weeks on it still has not been delivered. I accept the COVID issues, but customer services simply passed the buck, copied and pasted the same reply and told me to wait - no offer to get updates from courier. As I type product has been stuck somewhere in UK (where I am too) for 10 days- all is fine with Royal Mail, Orbitkey just are not interested. AMEx has reversed the charge - might be an attractive product, but delivery and customer service is rubbish. Beware! zero stars.
