I have not got them and have been charged 4 times, and one charge had a $123.58 tax on it, I wouldn't not order
From them cause they put you on auto pay and don't send product.

Not only are the ornaments beautiful, customer service is fantastic.

It is a rip off and it does not work at all. Additionally their customer assistance is literally a joke. I tried twice to cancel it and they tell me it is cancelled but I should mark my cc as lost to avoid that their system charges me again by default. ARE WE SERIOUS HERE?! Please do not even try to buy it!!!!

I did this already. I mentioned I hoped to buy one of these each year for my grandson & so hope there will be other pictures besides babies in age.

My grandson lives in a different state and he was so excited when he opened his gift. He told me it made him feel like I was there with him. My daughter also shared with me that it was nicely done and of good quality. I know that it will be a part of their Christmas celebration for the years ahead and when I’m not able to be there for the holiday in their heats and on the tree, I will be.

I haven't received the product yet and it's been over a month. I have received product from other companies that I placed orders with after I placed my order with this company. I have reached out on several occasions only to get excuses. I have asked for a full refund immediately and have had a single response from this company about refunding me.

They sign you up for subscription and you can cancel... but are still charged. They told me to sort it out with the bank like it wasn't their fault
