No response to contact

I've been trying to contact you regarding a defective part and I'm being ghosted

In answer to your response. I've checked my junk folder and my online SPAM filter and there was nothing there. I've added orangeparts.com to my trusted domains so any email that you send should come through.

As for a failure in the truck, our old panel had a busted glass and temperature gauge. The oil pressure gauge was, and still is, working on the old panel but will not work with the new panel.

Please advise on shipping the defective part to you and provide shipping documents.

You are not being ghosted at all. We have send you an email on monday, an email today at 10:00 CET and a store message. Please check you junk email folder to see if the emails ended up there.

We are sorry for the confusion and understand that you rated us with a 1-star. But this is probably not our fault, due to emails not being delired properly.

We excpect there is another failure in the truck. The cluster is new and Original hyster. If you send it back we can have it checked by Hyster, just make sure its not something else as they will charge cost for the check if there is no failure to be found.

Ofcourse if there is a failure we will have it fixed and return the unit

NOTE: please send us a alternate email-address if you did not receive our emails at all. So we can solve this issue and send you emails that are being received by you.

Unfortunately there has been a mistake. We have refunded the payment for the VAT. After double checking we found out the VIES website for checking the VAT-number was wrong or the number had been entered wrongly. Either way, we have corrected this and refunded the payment for the VAT. We would like to appologise for the mistake.
