I had a very disappointing experience with Oradina. Their products are unnecessarily overpriced compared with other options on the market, and their customer service was extremely poor.

I contacted them with a simple question about the weight of one of their products, which should be basic product information, but they did not provide an answer. That lack of transparency and responsiveness was frustrating, especially considering their premium pricing.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend comparing prices, product details, and customer service with other companies before purchasing from Oradina. There are better options available with more reasonable pricing and much better customer support.

My order arrived when it was expected. The packaging was great. The only issue was that the Madison Avenue Studs were kind of stuck. It was difficult to put the backs on/off. I took them to a local jeweler and they had a tool that made it easy to handle. They fixed it for free.

The earrings were beautiful, a gift, but the person wanted them bigger. Their offer to give me a larger discount if t wanted credit from store, but I had given the person cash instead. Will buy from this store in the future for myself. Return and refund was very easy. Thank you Oradina!!

Item arrived 5 days after the original order delivery date. In fact, it did not even ship until the date that was originally provided for delivery. By the time it arrived, we were out of town and the event the item was needed for was over.

Very pretty and distinctive ring. It is high quality and through expensive I don’t think I could have better for value.
