I purchased a Pulse Pod from Opulus through Debenhams and was disappointed with the overall customer service experience.

The product I received was not the colour I ordered. More concerning was that neither Opulus nor Debenhams notified me that a substitute colour would be sent, leaving me unaware of the change until the item arrived. Over the following month, I spent considerable time corresponding with customer service representatives from both companies in an attempt to resolve the issue.

Despite the inconvenience caused, the only resolutions offered were a 10% discount (approximately £3) or the option to return the product under the standard returns policy. Given that the error was entirely on the supplier's side, I found these offers inadequate. At no point did I receive a meaningful apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience and time spent pursuing a resolution.

The product itself appears to clean my retainers effectively, and I have no significant concerns regarding its performance. However, the lack of communication, poor handling of the issue, and unwillingness to provide appropriate customer care have left me with a negative impression of the company.

Seemed to work well initially but only lasted 6 months.

Quick and easy

I bought both versions as I travel frequently and I am satisfied with the home until - which is not practical for traveling - but the On the Go unit does not seem to have any visible or noticeable benefit. And as I use a superior and inferior retainer, I also struggle to fit them both in the portable unit as it seems to be designed for a single one. So, not completely disappointed with my purchase but I would not recommend the portable one.

Had a slight problem with delivery but Opulus customer service were fantastic, dealt with the problem (which wasn’t caused by them) efficiently. Communication was good and my new item arrived promptly. Very happy all round.

The go unit arrived quickly, it works as in the light comes on and the fan works but my aligners don't look any cleaner. Do how do I know if its cleaner?

Opulus is a great product of very high quality. I can’t believe how quickly it cleans my retainers each morning with the click of a button! Absolute game changer! Highly recommend.

Received my pulse pod last week. Really easy to setup and looks great in my bathroom. It’s nice to know my Invisalign trays are clean after using the pod! Would highly recommend!

I’ve tried a few UV cleaning gadgets over the years and Opulus is by far the most reliable. The portable version is lightweight and fits in my hand luggage. Perfect for long trips when I don’t want to mess around.

Excellent product. Very easy to use and packaging very sleek. I am using Invisalign and could never keep my retainers clean. Opulus Go is super and saves me so much time when on the move. Once a week I use the Pod for a super clean. I would highly recommend this product
